Superb food and service . We dined here
twice during our stay in beautiful Panicale. Each appetizer and main course were so delicious. It’s a family run restaurant and the family members are wonderful people.
The chef is very creative with local ingredients , she is also a sommelier.
The wine list is extensive. The country bread is baked in their oven. I recommend reservations as they serve only 6 small tables. Panicale’s best restaurant!

We first visited this restaurant in 2011 (when we came 3 times in one week), returned in 2012 and were lucky enough to be near enough this summer to return another 3 times. This is the perfect Italian restaurant. Beautiful surroundings,setting and ambience with the nicest family running it. The food is outstanding and has never disappointed us. The quails egg ravioli was our first intro to the standard of cooking but everything is delicious so whatever you try you will enjoy. Make sure you book as it's not a big restaurant and you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning again soon! What an absolute great spot for lunch. Charming atmosphere, super friendly service and absolutely stunning food and wine. We loved the crostini, the spinach ricotta quenelles were unique and delicious and the pastas were outstanding. We split the rabbit with roasted potatoes and it was hands down the best rabbit I’ve ever had. Make a reservation as they’re tiny and book up (several folks turned away due to no reservation and that was on a rainy Wednesday in early May).

The greatest culinary experience you can have in Umbria. Brilliant food, great wine and above all the family who owns the place and the atmosphere they create. Do yourselves a favour and go there, it’s totally worth it.

Well this was quite the feast of kings! So many deliciously prepare dishes, both fancy looking and equally delicious. I’m trying to figure out what I liked most about the meal, but I can’t pick one specific thing, so I recommend you try anything and everything off this menu. It is one of the more expensive places around to have dinner, however it’s well worth it for special occasions.

Very charming family run restaurant , very friendly, no rush at all for you to finish your meal which has proven to be excellent and fully prepared with fresh ingredients. And, ask and follow the daughter's advice regarding the wine! Oh, we had the tasting menu which consists of the cook's choice of 8 small dishes. Not the cheapest of choices but highly recommended. Then the house chose the wine for us which proved to be a perfect match.

Probably the best place I have been in Italy. I have travelled Italy for more than 10 years in a row and also lived in Umbria for couple of years and for all this time - this is one the best places I have eaten in. Extremely recommended! Amazing welcoming hosts and spectacular food.

Beautiful authentic restaurant, with amazing home made dishes, in a fantastic place. We sat outside on the terrace overlooking the square of panicale and it was simply amazing!

So glad we found this place! Absolutely amazing food made with stunning local ingredients within lovely a homely setting. The owners and staff are all very welcoming, helpful & super friendly. The owners shared stories about their family and the history of the restaurant. All round a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Panicale.

Exceptional service and food! The food was a lovely selection of local dishes- we had the wild boar and the pigeon. Both cooked to perfection! Also the starters were outstanding. I also enjoyed the local segrantino wine. The service was inviting and friendly....if you are in the area do yourself a favor and visit Lillo Tatini- you will have a memorable food and wine experience in a gorgeous setting.

After dining with Lillo Tatini, we know we will cherish the memory and plan to come back. Great food and hospitality. Special note for the wonderful wines offered, which supplement the delicious food. But just as much we loved the wonderful atmosphere that Panicale breaths. What a gem. Authentic Italian piazza setting, nice alleys and great views all around. Highly recommend!

Had a delicious lunch with locally sourced produce using typical Umbrian recipes. Friendly family run restaurant. Signor out front and Signora in the kitchen. Daughter Bianca bakes delicious fresh bread for the table as well.

Hands down, the best pasta I have ever had in my half-a-century life.
The Hand-made Pici all'aglione and the Paccheri from Gragnano with sausages, mushrooms, and cream warmed my heart and brought a tear to my eye.
I feel bad for every pasta dish that I will have from this day forward. I doubt the bar can be raised much higher than this.
Amazing, passionate, and very inviting staff. They instantly make you feel right at home. You can feel the love, dedication, and professionalism with every bite, each moment you spend here. Plus, the best view of the squares on the terrace for a romantic dinner. I would seriously consider enduring the slightly complicated road trek, in for the day, or staying overnight in beautiful Panicale just to be able to eat here again. A sincere thank you to everyone who works there for sharing this experience.

Perfectly represents the best of what Italian cuisine has to offer: fresh local ingredients, well prepared with a choice of different olive oils for different dishes. Add in the friendly service and it doesn't get much better. A must visit if you are in the area.
