By far the best pasta I had, not only in Italy 🇮🇹 but in the world !

Local garlic is just right and does not overwhelm the dish,

Staff was very nice to us, and helped with our lack of Italian language skills ✌

Highly recommended

Tried two different dishes from the menue and both were amazing. The restaurant is central and has view on the city which was lovely.

This was our second great restaurant find in as many nights in San Quirico D’Orcia.

We started with two wonderful cocktails: one Negroni Sbagliato; and, one Nobel. Both were delicious, and typically generous in their portions!

We followed those with one of the best bruschetta combos that we’ve had in our seven weeks in Italy. Four slices of excellent toasted bread were graced with four different but equally delicious toppings: classic tomato (with oh-so-sweet tomatoes!); extra virgin olive oil and thinly sliced raw garlic (a revelation); saffron cream of pecorino (OMG!); and, crema di lardo (silky, rich flavour orgasm).

For our mains we enjoyed a Chianina beef with black pepper with a side of cannellini beans, and meatballs with lentils (also with a side of cannellini).

We also enjoyed two glasses of delicious house wine as well (going beyond that after the generous cocktails would have been ill-advised!).

Everything was fabulous, including the service and the price. At 56€ this was something of a steal of a deal.

We spent two nights in San Quirico d’Orcia and decided to do thorough research before choosing a place for our second dinner. We were surprised to find that many of the restaurants were tourist traps, expensive, with menus that seemed more biased than offering genuine local dishes, and with waiters who were arrogant and eager to empty our wallets.

Among all these, Bottega de Ines proved to be the exact opposite: a restaurant where three women, three generations, offered us the best of the area with grace, in a tasteful ambiance, and at very reasonable prices. I recommend trying the cured meats and the Val d’ Orcia lical wines.

Tried my first white raggu there and was delicious! It’s a family run business (the nona was in the kitchen).
Bit pricier than other places though

(AFRICASIAEURO.BUSINESS.SITE) Review :
Authentic Tuscan cuisine in an extra ordinary setting. We had the garlic Pici ( Local specialty round thick pasta cooked al dente ) served with fried garlic and fresh olive.oil.
Immaculate taste which fits in the celebration (day of Immaculata festival).
My personal favorite is local wild boar. This boar is cooked here to perfection too. Wild boar is available in most restaurants, however the cooking style differs.
Back in Siena we were both unhappy with the boar being not fresh.
Here you are assured to receive the freshest ingredients. Ines takes care of this for you.
Last not least to mention is the red wine of the Valley of San Orcia. Famous Tuscan wines grow here with the San Genovese tried ffrom 2017.
Yes there are other wines but this goes extemely well with the boar.
5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is justified and will bring the deserved attention to the house

Possibilità di mangiare o aperitivo all'aperto. Complimenti!!

Vini prevalentemente toscani. Il locale è carino. Costi nella media.

Ambiente curato. intimo e accogliente
Siamo stati molto soddisfatti.
Consigliato.
