Oca Bianca

A must in Santa Margherita Ligure! We had dinner at Oca Bianco, which also included a wine tasting. Caesar was in charge and did a fabulous job of selecting the perfect local wines to go with our meal. The food was spectacularly prepared and was selected by Caesar for us. This place is so good that you should make reservations and be sure not to miss this lovely restaurant.

Our visit to Oca Bianca was the highlight of our 10-day trip through the French and Italian Riviera. After a series of mediocre dining experiences, we had lowered our expectations, but Oca Bianca exceeded them in every way.

From the first sip of sparkling water to the last spoon of dessert, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding—attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

The food was flavoursome. The tiramisu was the best I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few! The chef's attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were evident in every dish.

Highly recommend Oca Bianca for an exceptional dining experience.

The evening was a perfect choreography of three artists and two chefs. The food was truly spectacular. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a special experience. The carbonara is to die for - a modern take on an Italian classic. The staff is superbly attentive to detail. The food was 10/10. The sommeliers also helped me pick a wine that was from the area and at the end of my meal I got to enjoy a very rare dessert wine from cinque terre that they age in their wine cellar until it is ready. Foodies will enjoy this hidden gem.

This was the best meal of our weeklong trip to Italy. A "must" for anyone visiting Santa Margherita. We sat outside and enjoyed fantastic service from a friendly, professional wait team. The food was just perfect - everyone in our family loved everything we ordered. This would be my first reservation when planning a trip to Santa Margherita.

Incredible food! I have no idea how there are rubbish reviews as this place was exceptional. The staff first and foremost are so attentive and friendly. They have obvious passion and love for the food and wine. Then the actual food and wine is incredible. We’ve been to Italy for decades and this is one of the best meals, for a good price, that we have ever had. Highlight of our honeymoon for food.

Food amazing, staff amazing, service amazing, they should be charging more! Such great value! Had such a great experience on the first night at dinner, I came back a second night a day later with my wife. Thank you to the entire team, what a great place you have in this amazing city.

Absolutely beautiful dinner with exceptional service. This wonderful fine dining enoteca is so amazingly hospitable. The small space has attentive front of house including wait staff, owner Cesare, and sommelier. Compared to a lot of my other dining experiences through italy, the staff and owner are young which gives this place a super vibey and contemporary feel. The steak in particular was great and the wine well paired. Lovely fine dining touches with a chef starter and a finish with a lovely digestivo. Would definitely come back if in Santa Marg 🤌

An extraordinary meal! The mixed appetiser, local beef fillet and chocolate soufflé were outstanding and the staff were very attentive and gave great recommendations for matching wines. Gluten free options were extensive. Would highly recommend a meal at Oca Bianca.

what a local gem! This restaurant is family owned by the second generation sons. The selection of wines was fantastic and the menu was lovely. Great ambiance and the service was outstanding. Two brothers and their cousin are pictured here.

We stayed in Santa Margherita for a few days and found this restaurant. We absolutely loved it, so we went almost every day and on each day we tried different dishes.

This is an excellent restaurant with a great menu and exquisite service. It is unusual in the area for not having the typical pasta-plus-seafood menu. In fact, if you concluded it was an excellent French restaurant that lost its way and settled into S Margherita L, you wouldn’t be wrong. From the wine, to the beef, to the limoncello, it was as good as I’ve had. Grazie!

The fact that this place only has 4.4 stars is a disgrace. My fiancé and I went tonight on a whim and after a week long vacation in Italy, we both looked at each other and said “I think that was the best meal we had the whole trip.”

Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, the service was even better. Everyone was so attentive, polite, and on-point. The best part— you could tell the employees were genuinely happy to be there and cared about the experience the guests were having. There was a passion in the service, food, and experience that was undeniable.

This place is an automatic recommendation to anyone coming to Santa Margherita Ligure. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience. This place, and the people involved, deserve to be propelled to the top.

GO TO OCO BIANCA!!!!

Exquisite cuisine and excellent service, young staff but very professional and accommodating. We were in town for only three nights but ate dinner here two nights. Not your typical Italian food; their food transcends national borders. Excellent food is great food, whatever you call it. Both my wife and I enjoy good food all over the world and we both agree this restaurant is exceptionally good. Give it a try when you get a chance.
