Everything was delicious and fresh. We went for lunch and liked the food so much that we booked the table for dinner :)

The experience was excellent both in term of the plates, the service and the overall feeling of the place.

Every plate was well balanced and tasty almost inviting you to ask for a second portion of each of them.

The service was impeccable, from the wine suggestion to the timing of the orders, to the friendly and professional behavior.

The tables outside are on a semi busy road but still well insulated in the restaurant allowing you to have brief views of the nearby mountain.

Overall a great experience.

This is the best restaurant in Riva del Garda! The food is just so delicious and every single dish starting from pasta, to meat & fish and then the dessert. They managed to surprise us! Lastly the service was outstanding, the whole team works together to take the best care of their diner. Would love to come back again one day!

Best restaurant in Riva del Garda, Food was tremendous and the service is outstanding, just make sure to book a table and bring enough time, you will need it to eat all the things you will order and get in between.
And most important, they have a great choice beside Pasta and Pizza, you have to try.

Excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere. Generous food... Definitely try the tasting menu. And an excellent selection of wines, preferably local. Salvetta Nosiola... that wine is a must!

Very central in Riva, La Caneva is a small restaurant with a nice atmosphere, interesting menu and professional service. I would give it a 4.5.

La Caneva Bistrot Mediterraneo is an excellent restaurant that I would highly recommend. The staff were incredibly professional, yet friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were also very accommodating to dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free options.

The food was absolutely delightful, particularly the risotto, which had a unique twist on what I've come to expect from northern lake-side Italian cuisine. I can confidently say that every dish we tried was expertly prepared with fresh and high-quality produce.

This was the greatest restaurant we have eaten in Italy. The most amazing service. They are super nice and fast. I can say this is the best restaurant we have eaten in Italy so far.

Food overall was excellent. The tuna carpaccio had some gristle but the staff was very concerned and offered other options and tried very hard to make us happy. Needless to say the staff was great. The rest of the food was amazing and worth the effort to make a reservation. Eat here, it is really good. Really good.
