Cignella Resort

We had the loveliest time here. On arrival, we were met by our host in his golf buggy. He advised they had given us an upgrade, and took us to our lovely apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have been handy would have been a t towel , cloth to wipe around, and cleaning spray for the kitchen. The lighting in the bathroom en suite was very dark, but other than that, the apartment was perfect. We had breakfast at the main house every morning, and this was delicious 😋. The pool was undergoing maintenance, so we were unable to access that, but I'm guessing it would have been too cold anyway 😅
The location was just perfect
We hired a car, so we're able to access a lot of beautiful places. Please stay here if you visit Trequanda, you won't be disappointed. We would certainly stay again.

Great staff!! We didn't realize we needed a rental car to get there. Enriqo came & picked us up at the train station. We're forever grateful! Great chef, breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Thank you everyone!!

Loved this place!! We were very well taken care of when our travel plans went haywire, at no fault of theirs. They made our trip special just by being kind and taking the time to help. We appreciated it more than we can explain. Breakfast on the patio was our happy spot, there is no better way to start the morning. Stellar view, a large assortment of fresh food, and a great capriccio. We will be back. Thank you to everyone at Cignella.

Everything was amazing! It was SO beautiful. The location, it was easy to find, we were given such amazing useful info before we arrived. Lucca looked after us SO well. Gave us incredible reccomendations and was so so kind ot us. The pool was fabulous. The place was SO well looked after. So peaceful and pretty. The garden was divine. We were given an apartment that was gorgeous. We will definetly come back.

We visited Cignella for the first time in the Summer of 2016. Delightful experience! Elegant and comfortable appartments. Great hospitality. Manager Luca and his staff do their utmost to make your stay perfect. With it's limited number of appartments and guests, Cignella is a quiet and peaceful place. The nearby Valdichiana and surrounding landscape are stunning. Worthwhile restaurants in various categories can be found within less than a 15 minutes drive. Once we've visited a place we never go back, but we made an exception and returned to Cignella this Summer. We highly recommend this place!

Nice Place!

Per noi è stato un piacevole soggiorno, la struttura è immersa nelle colline della val d'Orcia, dove la tranquillità la fa da padrona.Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Personale molto disponibile. Tornerò senz'altro, lo consiglio!!

Resort fantastico immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. Ho apprezzato che tutta l'area sia pedonale e non accessibile alle auto. Il parcheggio e molto vicino e il personale ci ha portato i bagagli con una macchinina elettrica

Appartamenti curati, puliti e con ottime finiture.
Giardini tenuti benissimo.
Personale Gentile e disponibile.
Siamo stati benissimo.

Unica piccola nota: i doccini delle vasche non sono pratici poiché sono corti e non si riesce a fare una doccia come si deve nella vasca.

Consiglio per migliorare l’esperienza ancora di più: aggiungere suppellettili in cucina, incluso scodelle, una bialetti originale, canovaccio, tovaglia e sapone per i piatti.
