Great place in the Middle of nowhere. Delicious food and good service. We sat inside on a chilly night with the fireplace roaring. Great wine list with fair prices. We did not know much, Italian, and they spoke some English, so we figured it out!

Absolutely exceptional dinner. Internet pictures don’t do it justice, but trust everyone’s sterling reviews. Bright, cozy room, delightfully attentive/unobtrusive staff, and absolutely flawless, elegant, tasteful dishes. Recommendations are motivated by enjoyment rather than price point. I don’t think one can go wrong here.

Very professionally managed restaurant with excellent service. The food was fantastic, so was the wine as well as the atmosphere. Absolutely loved it!

This is our second time at this wonderful restaurant with a great location. Food like the last time was of excellent quality with extra attention with presentation, and service was attentive. I also appreciate that the menu wasn't too long but had a good amount of diverse options, it was well thought of.

This was our first time visiting Trattoria del Bivio, and we are so happy that we had dinner here. The food was delicious and presentations were gorgeous. The wine list was extremely extensive, and there is a beautiful wine cellar which you can visit if you chose to do so. This was once of our favorite meals that we have ever had in Langhe, and we look forward to visiting again very soon.

A gem in Piedmont, we found this place accidentally, looking for some place to be open on a week day. Service was outstanding, very nice settings and view, little Italian music for the ambiance. Excellent wine list, for every budget and they will give you good recommendations. Did I mentioned the food? It was awesome! Michelin quality, both in taste and presentation. After finishing her porcini with truffles, my wife ordered an other one, it was that good. Everything was so good, we made reservations for the last night. Service was again excellent, they remembered which Grappa I ordered before. Again two truffles dishes for my wife. Rabbit was the best we had in this trip. I ordered the see bass in a pouch, it came on the top of hot stone, unique presentation, and it tested divine. Thank you! We will be back!

Trattoria elegante: il posto è accogliente pulito e ordinato, i piatti sono gustosi con materie prime di qualità. Scelto menu delle tradizioni con abbinamento vini, tutto perfetto e servito con le giuste attese tra una portata e l’altra. C’è la grotta del vino. Una piacevole serata in alta Langa. Il posto ha anche delle camere e una piscina coperta. Consigliato anche da me oltre che dalla Guide Michelin

Che dire... Stupendo, dall'ospitalità dei proprietari, la gentilezza dei camerieri, la pulizia della Camera, piscina super, e che cena... Una esplosione di sapore.. Materie prime d'Eccellenza!

Abbiamo mangiato in questo posto bellissimo e molto curato. Il personale molto preparato e attentissimo! Cibo ottimo e materia prima eccellente!

Siamo stati Domenica a pranzo dopo un gita nelle Langhe. Pranzo ottimo, tutto perfetto, dal servizio alla qualità delle materie prime, in collaborazione con molte piccole realtà agricole limitrofe. Conto corretto, carta vini ovviamente ampia, servizio bicchieri ottimo per gustare al meglio i vini della zona. Siamo stati veramente bene!

Soms is het lastig om uit te leggen waarom een restaurant beter eten serveert en waarom? Details in de gerechten zijn zo ontzettend goed, geen gepriegel, maar wel alles elegant en uitmuntend goed. Zelfs de simpelste gerechten zijn mind blowing. Mooie wijnkaart, vriendelijke service.

E' stato un soggiorno davvero fantastico. Dal nome ti dell'arrivo alla partenza. La proprietà ha un attenzione al cliente davvero più unica che rara. Le stanze ed i luoghi di condivisione comune come la piscina, sono pulitissimi e specialmente attrezzati per ogni evenienza. Il Ristorante molto fornito di scelta, ma specialmente potrete vivere un'esperienza davvero di tranquillità e vacanza dove non dovrete pensare a nulla.

Posizione panoramica sulle colline delle Langhe con vista mozzafiato!!
Tornerò in primavera… sicuramente ne varrà la pena!!♥
