Little Gem

The host speaks 5 languages and has worked in the hotel industry for years. He was very kind and mannerly. He even met us at the people mover in order to get us to Little Gem without difficulty. Our host gave us a map and circled things to see and do, and also areas to avoid eating if we wanted to avoid touristy, more expensive food.

Apparently, Google Maps has a hard time finding this address, but if you enter "Little Gem" in the finder, you will find where you are. I suggest using your navigation in Google since there are no straight streets and some streets just look like a path between buildings.

Little Gem was close to everything we needed, which is a good thing when you must walk everywhere. The restaurant next door was our first stop, and we returned for our last meal in Venice as well. There is a full kitchen here, but we only kept our water cold in the refrigerator, as we enjoyed all the dining areas in Venice.

The place was spacious and clean, and it is situated on a canal in Venice. The attached picture is a view from our balcony. Beautiful way to end our trip in Italy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment. Comfortable sleeping for four with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was even provided! Good washing machine and nice bathroom with towels. Pietro was very helpful and gave useful tips for visiting venice!

This holiday apartment is so aptly named. We highly recommend this delightful little flat as a place to call home while you are in Venice. Oh, and the host is just stellar!

Pietro is a wonderful host and the apartment is a great location.
