I had a wonderful time in Casa Lanterna. It's a very romantic place, and a very good place even for a big family. The house is very nicely decorated. The view is excellent, changing every minute of the day; if you are lucky you may watch the rain from the terrace.
Very clean rooms, bathrooms and beds. Thanks to the household.
One of my dreams was writing a book at a lake house and I did this at the house with the view of Lago Maggiore behind my screen.
Don't miss the chance to cross the lake by boat to Cannobbio, the little town that you can see from the terrace. Italian pizza and gelato at Castelveccana and Luino were also excellent.
Hope to stay there again soon...
