We stopped for a quick launch and we had a really good experience. Very friendly service and food quality was excellent for the price.
Le pappardelle al cinghiale were really really good.

The food was awesome!! As a main dish we had the Pasta alla Scoglio für two - the best seafood pasta I ever head!! The service and Ambiente was really nice. We can defiantly recommend the restaurant!

Hidden gem on the Lago Maggiore. Very good, authentic Italian cuisine. We had fantastic Pasta and Fileto Di Manzo as well as fantastic dessert. Totally sweet service. Definitely recommend.

Had dinner here on 2 occasions last week and was excellent both times . Pasta Vongole , Sea bass and fillet steak were perfectly prepared by the Grill Chef . The best in Maccagno - I should know as I tried them all last week and went to Italia the last 2 nights . Service is excellent and so friendly and relaxed . Nothing is a problem for the staff . Cant wait to return next month when back in Maccagno . Grazie

In this Place you definitely Rat real Italien kitchen like vitello tonnato which Is Most delicate and Must be prepared by an extraordinary Cook!
Also the filetto al Pepe verde Is outstanding! You habe never Jas auch Tasty anddelicate veal, gorgious! Do Not eat pizza as you Miss out heavenlike kitchen !
Also the Creme al caffe is delicious and Most Outstanding!

Das Italia ist sehr zu empfehlen wir waren letztes Jahr schon da und es war sehr gut. Dieses Jahr hatten wir das Ostermenü reserviert. Das Wetter war so schlecht wie noch nie, dafür war das Ristorante Italia unser Highlight super feines Essen, sehr nettes Personal, das Ambiente ist typisch italienisch, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastische gerechten en vriendelijke bediening. Hierbij alvast enkele aanraders … de burrata en de zwarte pasta met rivierkreeft… maar de topper is de gegrilde octopus!

Buono buono buono...tutto molto buono e saporito!! Provare per credere. Personale simpaticissimo e preparato che ti aiuta nella scelta dei migliori menu. Prezzi nella media.

Dolce:panna cotta ai frutti di bosco molto buono.

Typisches italienisches Restaurant, in dem primär Einheimische essen gehen. (Und die wissen, wo es schmeckt ;)) Dass in einem italienischen Restaurant kaum Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen wird, ist durch die übersetze Speisekarte kein Problem. Das bestellte Essen war frisch zubereitet, überraschend lecker und die Wartezeit war völlig im Rahmen für das gut gefüllte Lokal. Die Kellner sind teils bestimmt, aber höflich aufgetreten. Die schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Egal ob Pizza oder Pasta, Fleisch, Fisch... alles sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet 😍
