Great place! Located basicaly at the minimetro station, in the hart of the Historical Center of Perugia.
The view is amazing - super romantic after sunset! Prices are reasonable, especially concerning the location.
Great cocktails (very wild selection)and very friendly staff!
You can choose the table inside or on the lovely terrace

Wow just fantastic, best restaurant I've been to in Perugia to date, service was super friendly and helpful, got all of our order spot on -food cooked to perfection! Great portion to cost ratio (some first dishes are bigger than others so do ask which are good for sharing!) And an extensive wine list, do ask if unsure about pairings or go for local wines -superb!
The view is just stunning, we had a 7.30pm reservation so watched the sunset and (near) full moon rise as the streetlights in the distance flickered on and across the horizon -you can see Assisi in the distance and it's really quite something breathtaking!

Fantastic place for aperitivo - with such a view, I was skeptical of the quality and price point, but we had a great €5 aperol spritz that came with some complimentary crisps, peanuts and popcorn too. The view, again, is spectacular. I was very happy to find this place and will definitely return if I’m ever in Perugia again!

The view here is breathtaking! If you come to Perugia you have to enjoy a snack here and admire the panoramic

Staff was so nice and pizza was great.
I had also a campari aperol and was delish, it came with some crisps and peanuts on the side. 10/10

Amazing is an understatement! Smoked swordfish carpaccio was an absolute dream come true. Service was perfect, the view was awe inspiring and the whole night was unbeatable. Cheers!

I am in Perugia once a year for a conference and we always return to del Sole. It would be worth it just for the view! But on top of that, they serve incredible food. I have had most of their meat dishes, many of their appetizers, desserts, etc. They have all been outstanding. On this last visit, some of my companions thought the portions were a bit small, thought that was mostly the "primi," that is, the pasta. This is a place you can eat a full the course dinner and not be overstuffed. Their menu changes regularly. I am never disappointed. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And the prices are very reasonable.

We were here in November and it was empty. What a shame because it has the best views of the city with coffee. It is part of a restaurant del Sol. Cafe has glass enclosure for colder weather.

Amazing views and good food.

We booked at last minute ( by e mail ) and even more last minute added two friends. The restaurant couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. So 5* for service . The food was both gorgeous, well presented and good value for money ( a VERY rare combination) highly recommend ..
