Il Forno delle Meraviglie

Beautiful, authentic bakery shop with wide range of freshly baked breads, pastries and biscuits. We tried a variety of different bakes. The cheese and spinach pie was absolutely delicious so as the almond cookies. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and helpful, he also gave us a free apricot biscuit which was very nice. Highly recommend this lovely baker shop when visiting Monopoli.

We enjoyed the rolls, focaccia, and the cookies. All really tasty and enjoyable. We were going every day in the morning to then bring on our day trips for the kids.

Best Focaccia in town!
We bought focaccia every morning and took it to the beach for lunch. It was always tasty, whether barese or bianca. Will miss it very much.

OMG! Even if panzerotti was cold, it was perfekto. Do not hesitate to buy anything but panzerotti is one of the best I've ever eaten!

After discovering this bakery during our stay in Monopoli, we have been buying bread or focaccia for breakfast every day. Thank you, we have never expected to eat such a good bread in Italy :)

Capitati per caso a Monopoli dopo essere sbarcati a Brindisi, strada facendo cercando su Google dove poter mangiare i panzerotti e altre prelibatezze del posto ci siamo fatti convincere dalle recensioni e abbiamo scoperto questo meraviglioso forno.

Dopo una passeggiata a Monopoli siamo stati attratti da questo forno grazie al profumo che si avverte passandoci davanti. Consiglio la focaccia perché é davvero buonissima, soprattutto appena sfornata! Anche la crocchetta molto buona! Abbiamo anche assaggiato i taralli i bolliti, non bolliti e ai cereali e sono tutti buonissimi!

La nota davvero positiva é il personale davvero gentilissimo e super accogliente con cui si scambiano piacevolmente due chiacchiere.
Dopo aver pagato ci hanno anche fatto assaggiare dei dolcetti tipici.
Sono rimasta colpita dal fatto che ci hanno fatto assaggiare i taralli e ci hanno tenuto tutto da parte mentre aspettavamo uscisse la focaccia al pomodoro e nel frattempo siamo andati a visitare la cattedrale che si trova a due passi.
In sintesi passate, sia per gustare un pezzo di focaccia e due taralli sia per la gentilezza del personale!
