Café Garibaldi

I came here when I went on a small group tour through Sicily. The mother and daughter were so sweet and accommodating, and it made their delicious dishes taste that much better! The dessert was a tangerine gelatin with an amaretto cookie on top, and it was one of the best desserts I've ever had. I hope that if you go to Cafe Garibaldi, you'll get to try it!

Oh my lord… this is one hidden pearl in Mazara del Vallo. My girlfriend had the most delicious plate of risotto with fruits of the sea. I had this immense craving for tagliatelle with salmon which was not on the menu. However, there was zero problem in making it for me. And I will tell you in all honesty. This was the best pasta salmone I have ever had. The owner of the business and an other lady present were most welcoming. She has a private wine collection displayed which looks like an actual museum. This wall of wines contains all Italians wines dating until 50 years. If I could give more than 5 stars to this place I would. You must experience Cafe Garibaldi and it’s lovely owner!

Amazing experience! Traveled all around Sicily before landing in Mazara del Vallo and finding this Jewel. Best meal we had on our trip! From the Antipasti Caldo(fried veggies, Panelle, and Arancini), to the pasta dishes that were delicious this was the most memorable meal of our trip.

We were welcomed by the owner with care and attention. The menu is small but varied, a sign that each dish is well prepared.
We decided not to take an appetizer to avoid being full, yet we were delighted by a couple fresh bruschettas on the house.
The pasta dishes were really delicious, we highly recommend come to this little restaurant.

Two ladies, who hosted us were absolutely charming. They made the restaurants atmosphere so special! The decor, the lighting the music were like cherry on the top, making the place even more unique. Together with the food (spaghetti with Nero d’Avola, spaghetti with tuna eggs) it made us go back there 3 times during our 4-day visit in Mazara.

Very nice little restaurant with excellent service by 2 adorable ladies. They serve authentic delicious Sicilian food reasonably priced. The parfait Mandorla is to die for.
