This is a sophisticated and atmospheric restaurant which is wonderful for romantic dinners or special occasions. We ate here recently from their new winter menu and it was outstanding. All 7 of our party enjoyed it so much, they wanted to return later in the same week to sample the other options on the menu. Enough said!

Hands down one of the best food experiences in the region, with a season-changing menu featuring local dishes with a modern twist. A 9 course tasting menu will set you back €70, while mains average €15-20.

We just stubled into this little gem. It is ran by two brothers and the food is incredible, very reminiscent of locale flavors. The tomatoes and meat have a flavor that is incredible. All of us had mouth orgasms. Stop in!

Amazing. True gem outside sulmona. Definitely worth the trip. Team is incredible, felt like you were both at home and dining out at the same time.

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Our waiter was tremendous and so gracious! We did our best to speak Italian and he offered up his very well spoken English. From the glass of Sparkling wine to the Secondi we were in food heaven! The flavors in the dishes were layered and spot on! Don’t cheat yourself and skip a course take your time and start from the beginning and end it with a dessert!

Fabulous dinner. We had the antipasto to start and my husband had pasta with mushrooms and truffle butter and I had pasta with lamb pistacchio lime ragu. Awesome and great service too!

Wonderful restaurant. Ate there a couple of times. A gorgeous experience. The attention to detail and the quality of the food is exceptional !

Il ristorante si presta a chi cerca una cena raffinata da gustare in un ambiente curato ed accogliente. Il menù è provvisto di piatti a base di carne o di pesce, la cantina ben fornita ed il servizio attento e cortese.

Come tutti i migliori posti, un locale ricercato nel corso del piccolo paese di introdacqua.
Locale molto piccolo ma con una calda atmosfera e curato nei dettagli.
Il menu cambia spesso in base alla stagione ed è ricco di sperimentazioni culinarie che esaltano i prodotti tipici abruzzesi di qualità.
Servizio ottimo, ogni portata descritta con dovizia di dettaglio e passione da parte dello staff

Locale carino con pochi posti, piatti curati ed innovativi con ottime materie prime, il prezzo è un po' più alto della media ma per ciò che offre ne vale assolutamente la pena! Bravi e gentili i gestori! Consigliatissimo!!

Fantastico! Meravigliosi antipasti, primi ricchi e gustosi, secondi preparati alla perfezione, e dessert indimenticabili. Si sente la genuinità degli ingredienti. Consigliato assolutamente, da non perdere!

Il ristorante AnimA in questo piccolo Borgo (Introdacqua) è stata una conferma alle recensioni di tripadvisor. Il locale molto accogliente. I proprietari uno in cucina e l'altro in sala. Il ragazzo in sala professionale e gentilissimo. Il cuoco eccezionale, ti delizia con piatti dai sapori superlativi che ti stupiscono. Rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo. Da provare e tornare....bravi ragazzi.

Bellissima realtà in un piccolo paese Abruzzese (Introdacqua) dove si respira ancora l'aria di una volta . Ambiente caratteristico dove la cucina contemporanea si sposa molto bene con la cucina di.piatti locali .
Con prodotti di ottima qualità, è soprattutto del territorio, il tutto accompagnato con dell' ottimo vino di cantine locali .
