Extremly clean, wonderfull breakfast, beautifull, quiet, very confortable.
The palce to stay.
A place to return too.

Incredible little B&B with private access to the lake and a beautiful terrace to sunbath and enjoy a swim. Breakfast was super delicious as well with a lot of choice. The owners have been super kind and friendly. Will definitely come back here again!!!

Exceeding all expectations we had a wonderful few days staying at the Al Dom. Such a lovely room with stunning views. Massimo (host) gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back! A great discovery in a beautiful location.

Beautiful restored B&B run by local, Massimo, who can provide loads of local sites and restaurants. Situated on the lake and only 1 min walk from main square in San Giulio. Great views from balcony and a garden and sun deck right on the lake. Nice Italian breakfast and friendly host in an amazing location. Highly recommended.

This is a beautifully restored, elegant guesthouse next to the lake with stunning views over its own private garden to the island. The monastery bells from the island welcome you each morning before breakfast. You can swim in Lake Orta from the garden, hire a canoe beyond the town square or stroll around the historic town. There are several great quality restaurants in the town for dinner, and the cafes around the square are fun places for an evening drink.

Comfortable newly renovated room. Great breakfast. They should have a much lower price off season when balcony and garden is too cold to use. Paying 165 during summer and warm season is ok but during winter too expensive should be 110 or so.

Massimo and his staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond and were eager to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Wish we would've stayed a few additional days...

Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. La struttura è una bella villa sul lungo lago ristrutturata con gusto, con poche ma ampie e confortevoli camere con balcone e vista mozzafiato sul lago, grande bagno con finestra. Regole Covid rispettate rigorosamente, pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante e con prodotti del territorio. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren vier Tage hier und waren begeistert von der fantastischen Lage am Ortasee in einer stilvollen Villa mit eigenem Zugang zum See (sehr schön zum Baden!), sehr empfehlenswert! Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch unglaublich zentral. Orta San Giulio ist ein gediegenes kleines Städtchen und für den Autoverkehr gesperrt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, schätzten das reichhaltige Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Besitzers. Der Privatgarten direkt am See ermöglicht über eine Leiter den Einstieg zum Schwimmen.

Sensationell. 10 Sterne. Wir sind begeistert. Ganz liebevoll saniert. Top Lage mit Blick auf den See. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
