Very helpful and seamless . In a pinch with Catania Closed the COmiso office had a car ready for me. They got me on the road and with the office closed when I departed the key drop was super easy and effortless.

We rent a car at SRC for a long week-end. SRC may not have the nicest cars, but they are by far cheaper than the other car rental companies at Comiso Airport. And they are extremely friendly and trustworthy. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very friendly personnel and quick handling of reservation at airport. Only very slow administration afterwards. It has been 3 weeks now since we returned the car and we are still waiting to receive our reserved amount for possible damage despite that the car was returned without any abnormalities as was confirmed by the local representative of SRC... Besides that the car was relatively new and nicely cleaned when we received it, so good quality of rental car for your money.

Very good experience renting with Sicily Rent Car from Comiso. The team was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The car was ready and clean when I arrived. I had no surprises with the rental. All very straight forward and stress free. I would recommend renting with them.

I rented a car here with Sicily Rentacar at their Palermo port location for one day over Easter, for a daytrip with friends out to Segesta and Erice. We got a little Fiat Panda for €50 for the day (expensive, but it was Easter weekend), which we had booked through RentalCars.com. Everything was fine, pickup was easy, dropoff was easy. Was not pressured to buy additional insurance or anything. Car had some very minor dings, but looked better than 99% of other cars in Palermo. We got the car back before their office closed, but they also had a dropoff location where we could have left it safely outside of office hours.

The staff when we were there spoke English - and the guy looked like he had just walked off the filming set of an episode of Vikings.

Doskonala lokalna sycylijska wypozyczalnia. Wszystko to co proponuje na swojej stronie internetowej pokrywa sie z rzeczywistoscia. Obsluga w Comiso ( SILVIO) szybka, sprawna i kompetentna. To co wazne - mozna dokonywac platnosci cz zlozyc depozyt rowniez w gotowce. Auta - na podstawie tego co sam otrzymalem - nowe i w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym. Osobiscie polecam.

Wir haben sehr gut Erfahrungen mit SRC gemacht. Bei der Abholung des Autos ging der Mitarbeiter alle vorhandenen Schäden mit uns durch, ergänzte die fehlenden Schäden in seinen Unterlagen und sagte uns wir sollen von allen Schäden die wir finden Fotos machen bevor wir losfahren. Was wir auch getan haben. Bei der Rückgabe wurde schnell alles kontrolliert und fertig. Wir werden wieder dort unser Auto mieten.

Molto gentili e più a buon mercato rispetto a concorrenti internazionali simili. Oltretutto preferiamo sostenere aziende locali se così competitive. SRC molto veloce senza complicazioni inutili, auto pulite e sicure. Possiamo solo consigliarla. Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina al aeroporto di Comiso.

Avevamo noleggiato l'auto qui già qualche anno fa e ci siamo rivolti di nuovo a loro . Che dire .....una garanzia !
Seri, precisi, affidabili e anche simpatici e disponibili per info non precisamente attinenti il loro servizio. Comodissimo il noleggio senza necessità di carta di credito .
Prenotata una Panda ci hanno fornito - con upgrade gratuito- una 500 L nuova .

Consigliatissimo. Ho noleggiato un'auto per una giornata, prenotando il giorno prima direttamente in sede (anche se il sito è molto efficiente). Il personale è stato molto professionale, e le condizioni del servizio erano chiare. Nessun problema al ritiro del veicolo e alla consegna. SRC è un'ottima alternativa agli operatori internazionali, il cui servizio troppo spesso lascia a desiderare. La terrò presente per il futuro.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang, gutes Auto - zum ersten Mal genau das Modell, welches wir gewünscht haben. Auch die Abgabe am Flughafen von Palermo verlief reibungslos. Wir würden wieder Sicily Rent Car wählen.

Abbiamo noleggiato in estate, Luca è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato consigli utilissimi per il nostro viaggio nel ragusano. Torneremo con piacere perché, al contrario della gran parte delle precedenti esperienze di noleggio con altre agenzie, qui ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. Onestà e professionalità!

Kurze Wartezeit am Schalter beim Abholen. Für die Angestellte viele Formalitäten, für mich Standard ID, Führerschein, Kreditkarte und danach noch 2 Unterschriften auf digitalen Geräten. Zum Auto ein Paar Schritte, sehr übersichtlich ca.100m von der Ankunft. Der Wagen gereinigt, als desinfiziert angezeigt und voll betankt!
Zur Rückgabe etwas ausgesaugt und außen gereinigt, noch an der Tankstelle kurz vorm Flugplatz aufgetankt bis voll und dann, weil der Schalter noch geschlossen war, einfach den Schlüssel eingeworfen.
Nach der Ankunft am Zielflughafen und Einschalten des Mobilphones war auch schon die Benachrichtigung von SbC per Email angekommen.
Freundliches Personal, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, korrekte Fahrzeuge --- ergo --- Prima! Für mich jedenfalls!

Abbiamo noleggiato l'auto al porto di Palermo e riconsegnato nove giorni dopo in aeroporto (da notare anche che altri autonoleggi più famosi non permettevano il ritiro al porto)
