La Leonessa

One of the best pasta I had in town during my stay. Went to two good places according to Google reviews but they served undercooked and bland pasta.
Pasta doesn't have eggs which is great for someone with allergy.
My favourite was pasta Al pomodoro
Service was great and good food.

Definitely recommend this place. 👌

The best food ,pizza it’s awesome , and the tiramisu is very testy !!!

For me it was great experience like in Italian movie, a real Italian experience, the staff was really nice, they appreciate that you speak Italian, the food was really tasty, the jazz music and atmosphere of this place is unique, for sure I will come back and not for pizza because fish is so much better! ❤

It's your typical Italian family restaurant where the older gentleman makes the food, a lovely lady serves and an old radio plays old music from a CD (maybe even tape:)) pizzas are delicious and authentic and very affordable. We loved this little cute place.

You won’t get better traditional food in Riva. And the value for money is amazing.
Our table was on the cobbled sleepy street, which lent a lovely atmosphere to the evening. Party of 6 gentlemen had a fantastic meal of prosciutto, pizzas, house wine and not one complaint.

Good food in reasonable price. Good service and excellent location - one block from the lake.

Pasta was very tasty, big portion. House wine was fine. Prices here are very affordable.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, service was quick, and our waiter was very accommodating.
We had two pasta dishes which were both delicious, as well as their home made tiramisu for desert. Perfect start to our holiday, we would highly recommend eating here!

In first glance it’s looks like a boring restaurant, with no people. But that is a shame. From the local wine and beer to the pasta and pizza- 5/5. you can feel the professional hand and the top tier ingredients, service was great and the price is more than fair.

The best restaurat in riva del Garde! Seafood, pizza and desert!

Nice ambiance with local artwork. Great staff. Excellent pizza from the wood fired oven. The order of spinach was huge and delicious. Good zuppa. Recommended.

I always eat here when in Riva. There are more obvious places in Riva in the various Piazzas with vast seating areas and indifferent food, but the food in these places has deteriorated down the years as quantity (customer numbers) has compromised quality. Far better to find smaller establishments down side streets where (like here) the chef is the person who owns the place and it is family run.

Al fresco space is limited but we always eat inside anyway. The food and service is always top notch and you can watch your pizza actually being made and cooked (if that's your menu choice. The walls are decorated by lovely idiosyncratic paintings and if you're in to jazz there is a huge collection of CD's you can choose from to play as you eat. I'll be back for more in June and September.

La Leonessa is a hidden culinary gem in Riva. Very local (it is always a good sign to see local people), great view and great food directly from the owner. My favourite pizza in Riva + they also have a Zuppa di mare. La Leonessa has a great spirit, highly recommend 🖤

Second time in this place with 2 years apart and once again we where extremely satisfied - great place!! Pizzas, pastas and risottos are great and prices really fair for what you get. Highly recommendable!

We went twice in the week we stay. All the dishes we tried were very tasty, reasonable price. Will for sure visit again next time and try something more.

Very nice place, good pizza, good price and good location. Family business with a pizza master that perfectly bakes good Italian pizza. Recommended.
