Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse

I was only in this beautiful Umbrian town for one night and had the pleasure of staying at the Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse. It was a short walk to the square with many cute galleries and shops along the way.

Chiara, our host, made us feel at home, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Our room was beautiful and very large with incredible views. However the bathroom has walls that don't go up to the ceiling and a handle that didn't allow the bathroom door to fully close, so overall very little bathroom privacy, if you appreciate that.

All else was wonderful in every way. I would definitely book the Lemon Tree Guesthouse if I were to return to Todi, and I highly recommend it!

The most beautiful view of the Italian countryside from the terrace at breakfast. Fresh fruits, croissants, and cappuccino served were just the cherry on top. Chiara is a warm, delightful host who made our stay so comfortable. Rooms are simple and clean, also with unbeatable views. We will definitely come back, especially when she gets the wine bar going!

We’ve stayed at the Lemon Tree a couple of times and can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect as it has the convenience of easy-to-access on-site parking while also being in the beautiful old town of Todi, via some stairs, and arches and vaults, through the old city wall. The outdoor spaces and views are spectacular!
The whole property oozes character and charm, with very spacious and comfortable rooms, and great facilities and personal touches.
A walk up into the stunning town centre is rewarded with plenty of great restaurants, bars, little galleries and interesting places to explore.
The hosts are super friendly and helpful and, overall, our experiences have been outstanding! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse. From arrival at their own private car park to check out the service was excellent. The room had amazing views over the countryside around Todi and was extremely comfortable. The hosts have a wealth of knowledge of the local area, town and restaurants. Superb breakfast and a lovely terrace to enjoy a beer on after a day's exploring.

We had a lovely stay at the Lemon Tree.
Our hosts Peter and Leona were extremely warm and welcoming. Our large room was beautifully appointed, clean and extremely comfortable.
The breakfast, served on the terrace with outstanding views, was delicious with homemade granola, delicious lemon drizzle cake and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
If you are visiting Todi, we would highly recommend staying here!

A group of 13 of us stayed there for a trip in Todi for a wedding. Leona and Peter were both extremely welcome and had been very accommodating and clear and helpful prior to our stay.
The place has stunning views from both the terrace and the rooms, convenient location from Todi centre. Rates were reasonably priced given all the above. Would definitely recommend.

Peter took us in at the last minute on a cold rainy night in February when we had no where else to go. We had just flown in and did not have accommodations settled and even though we didn’t have a reservation he brought us in and made us feel at home. Such wonderful and generous hosts. Breakfast every morning was lovely with different fresh squeezed juices. The rooms are modern but still cozy. Everything was perfect in all aspects. The ability to have a parking spot that was not inside the city walls is a very big deal in Todi and was very much appreciated by a couple of non-Italian drivers. We will send everyone visiting Todi to stay with them.

Our stay at the Lemon Tree Boutique Guesthouse was perfect ! An authentic experience in a beautiful guesthouse, with the warmest hosts. Thank you Petter and Leona for a wonderful 3 days. We loved our room, and starting the day with a home-made breakfast each morning on the terrace, overlooking the garden. Our hosts were interesting, very knowledgeable about the local area, and attentive to so many details. We hope to visit again soon.

Lemon Tree is truly a gem! Gorgeous views from my room, and even better views while having a delicious breakfast. The rooms are really nice, very clean and spacious. And such lovely owners! I really can’t wait to go back. 100% recommended!

Me and my family visited the lemon tree in todi a week ago and still dreaming about it. Lovely building with so much character. The views are incredible and the host Leona and Petter were so lovely to us. Thank you both so much for the lovely holiday. We will be back.

Lemontree is such a beautiful guest house. The rooms are lovely and the views are stunning. On top of that, the breakfasts are amazing and Peter and Leona are extremely kind and excellent hosts!

We had an amazing stay here. The hosts and the guest house are fantastic. Our room had just the right combination of old and modern. Very high attention to detail shows through everywhere. Breakfast on the view terrace was stunning. WE WILL BE BACK!

Lemon Tree is full of beauty and charm. The rooms are extremely comfortable and it's impossible not to completely relax in these surroundings and enjoy everything that is wonderful about Italy! Not to mention the hosts! Amazing attention to detail and we felt very well looked after. Breakfast is even served in a typical "bar" close to the guest house, which really gave us a feel for the area. We will definitely be back!
