True Umbria - Villa Colibri

This house is amazing. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable. Large bedrooms. Heaps of bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking lessons! Brand new washing machine. Hollywood style pool with the best view in the world! We relaxed for the whole week and highly recommend it, as well as the region. We also did a cycling tour of the vineyards! Amazing! Thanks Mario & Mila!

A great house for friends and families on holiday together. A modern house with lots of areas to sit around and talk and eat! A lovely swimming pool with great views of the surrounding hills.There is also many pretty outdoor spaces with hammocks and relaxing chairs to sit and read. The villa is walking distance to a fabulous family restaurant and is only ten minutes from the nearest hilltop town, Todi.
The house has two levels that can be rented together or separately. The only improvements could be a larger fridge and oven to cater for larger groups! Otherwise, I highly highly recommend this great property!

This large Villa was perfection! There was ample room for large families with children. The house is full of amenities: well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living rooms, large dining area, and glorious whirlpool tubs. The views from the porches and pool is breathtaking. The house manager was easy to reach and very helpful.

Very comfortable villa indeed with good amenities, location and access. An outstanding feature was the level of support provided by Mario Santoro and his team which was seamless from booking to the end of the holiday - efficient booking, well organised directions, care re welcome pack of food & wine, support and advice re local restaurants and attractions - all made this a lovely holiday. This region of Umbria is magical and a real snapshot back in time. We look forward to a return journey.

We had a Family Reunion and rented several facilities in the area and this one was definitley our favorite one ! The 7 bedrooms (|||) al have spacious and bright bathrooms, oe with a Jacuzzi. The service and management are just amazing and super helpful (we had a tyre down and the manager took care of that within minutes we had everything fixed with no stress and no cost)

The house is in a beautiful situation with gorgeous views and a fantastic pool where we had lots of fun. There are plenty of shaded areas around the house for sitting out and relaxing. Some of the outside furniture needs upgraded though we had four new loungers delivered during our stay.
Inside the house is spacious and for the most part the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms though they are quite basic. The kitchen is adequate. There are two baby cots. It was very hot and there are fans but no air conditioning. The wifi is very good.
The staff who look after the house, and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to sort out some initial problems we had with the water which is now working perfectly.
Within walking distance there is a very good, traditional restaurant and pizzeria. It is always busy so make sure to book a table. They also do takeaways if you order in advance. That was very useful to us as we had an infant with us.
