Went there for lunch. Antonio, our waiter was very nice and helpful. They specialized in dry aged local beef so we went for it. We went for a T-bone. Antonio brought the monster (1.2kg) to our table before grilling it. The meat is dry aged for 50 days and the result is delicious.
What adds to the experience is the Piazza in Todi. Beautiful and quiet. A little pricey but worth it.

We had a great experience here! We stopped in while at an event and chose a table on the piazza. The service was great and the food wonderful. I had a dish of the day, tuna over a lemon cream my husband had the polpo from the menu. It was with a julienne of lightly sauteed vegetables and over a bit of potato puree. We recommend it if the menu still has it !

I was hoping to be the first person to review .. 2nd ... only open a week ... had an absolutely wonderful lunch there today, wonderful food, incredible decor, great staff ... what more could you ask for ... this place will be up there going forward ... Congratulations!

Located in Todi's main square, this lovely restaurant boasts a great wine list, fabulous food and unparalleled service. We came for 2 meals, lunch and dinner (party of 6) - both were impeccable. As wonderful as the main courses are, saving room for dessert and grappa is highly recommended.

Special food and good wine in an astonishing location here in Todi as many other reviews I have read about this restaurant. I just want to add a note, I have been here with my family: six adults, one little baby of one year and a dog. The staff helped us to find the best accommodation with courtesy. I really appreciated their collaboration. I strongly suggest this place for quality of food and for the gentle service

Basico è una piccola perla a Todi che unisce sapientemente tradizione e innovazione. La sua cucina offre piatti gourmet, unendo sapientemente ingredienti tipici con tocchi moderni. Il personale, oltre ad essere estremamente competente, è incredibilmente gentile, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Una nota di merito al cameriere, che oltre ad essere simpatico e alla mano, è anche un sommelier esperto.

L'ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, elegante e accogliente.

Il ristorante si trova nel cuore di Todi. Ci siamo recati a cena. È un posto che merita di essere visitato durante una visita a Todi.
Si mangia bene, prima di tutto la carne. Ha anche buona scelta dei vini.
Un altra cosa di rilievo è il servizio in sala. Il cameriere Antonio è di una gentilezza unica, disponibile e accogliente.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Sicuramente torneremo ancora.

Esperienza sopra la media, ambiente caldo e accogliente, servizio eccellente, cibo di gran livello, con preparazioni gourmet dei tradizionali piatti umbri, da ricordare. Geniale l'accostamento del cacao fondente con la tartare chianina (condita da germogli di porro e scaglie d'oro), morbida la picaña al tartufo, ottima la millefoglie con il cioccolato fondente di Venchi. Grande cena in un bellissimo ambiente, con un ottimo vino, e materie prime di ottima qualità. Gentilissima e cortese la ragazza che ci ha servito, che ha reso la nostra cena ancor più speciale.

Complimenti davvero. Filippo, Andrea, Camila, Angela straordinari. Professionalità unita alla ricercatezza e ottimo cibo. Ambiente eccezionale. Continuate così. Consigliato dal Bramante hotel.
