The ordering process was easy enough, the delivery worked fine and it was exactly on time, the cardboard is awesome, the print quality is flawless, and all in all, from the first click on the web site, to the receiving of the order, everything was extremely professional, on their part. Oh, and I almost forgot the customer support. No one could possibly ask for more from the support ladies from Packly. They were all very nice, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent!

If you're looking for the absolute pinnacle of the printing industry, look no further than Packly. You'll find nothing better anywhere. I've placed multiple orders with them now and they have yet to disappoint in even one aspect. What's great about Packly:

- Absolute top-tier color accuracy. I've seen nothing like it anywhere. No ink stripes, blotting or unequal application of ink (stands to reason, but still), excellent adherence to the given bleed lines and perfectly color-accurate results, even with the craziest applications of transparency, raster effects, blend modes and overprint colors.
- High quality printing materials.
- Great choice variety in terms of printable box products.
- Not just boxes but add-on items to go with them.
- Frequent new types to choose from. This company doesn't rest on its laurels but upgrades and improves regularly where possible.
- Good website and excellent 3D model visualizer for any product you might choose along with your design. Competitors occasionally offer this too, but it is rarely this fluid and easy to use.
- Very useful and easy to understand documentation and downloadable guides and diecut files.
- Special features the competition rarely offers, and certainly not at this price, like spot varnish and raised foil printing. Even for one-run orders.
- Fast, polite, quality human support on all channels in four languages. Talk to a person who genuinely cares about helping you right away. No time-wasting, no money-grubbing attitude. Really good people.
- Accurate delivery time predictions (when they say it'll be ready that day, it will be) paired with fast turn-around times and speedy delivery with multiple delivery options every time.
- Great size customizability for every product and it remains printable. Orders without printing also available.
- No minimum quantity order! The importance of this cannot be overstated for a product this bespoke.
- The prices have to be seen to be believed. Even if the quality were mediocre, you could get any box, however extravagantly customized at a steal, but Packly delivers top-notch quality. Great value for money at Packly is a tremendous understatement.

It wouldn't be fair, however, if I didn't also include the cons:
- The folding instructions that ship with the products - while usually on point - did not come with instructions for the special lid I ordered with my last order, and there was no instruction video for that on their site. A minor oversight that may only slow you down for 3 minutes if you're a bit clumsy, but it's worth noting.
- Their blog is a bit hidden away from view and would be better off in their site's main navigation. Packly offers some extraordinary things and does them very well. They are unfortunately missing out on a good few well-deserved eyeballs belonging to those who may click away to the competition because they don't easily get to see enough visual examples of what Packly can do. Their blog is wonderful and deserves to be seen more.

I honestly can't give this company enough praise. If I have any question at all, they help me and in a timely manner. Even if the difference for them would be just another 20 or 30 bucks. This is what good customer support and a professionally run company looks like. I will be buying from them again and again, multiple times a year because they deserve it.

I'm so impressed with Packly. It's an automated tool, but there is always someone available to help if you need. Their personalized service goes above and beyond, and the quality is fantastic. They even called me to make sure I was happy with my packaging :-)

I am honestly surprised by their quality of printing, due to their competitive prices I was expecting something rough around the edges. Clear and crisp images, and their software to preview the boxes proved very useful.
