Excellent restaurant with absolutely fresh and wonderfully prepared seafood. The location off the main plaza, facing a small port, is perfect. The food was amazing, and the chef took the time to talk to us after our meal. We would go back without hesitation - highly recommended!

We were looking for a late lunch during our road trip and stumbled upon Il Borgo on Google Maps as we have just stopped to walk around Marzamemi. The kitchen was closed by the time we arrived there but the staff was kind enough to prepare a few dishes for us. Everything was very delicious and we paid around 60 euros for two pasta dishes, octopus, fried squid, and two beers.

Food was excellent, and service was great. One of the best food we had in our 1 week in Sicily. Only downside is that it’s hotter than other places due to the lack of winds and reflection of the sun on the mostly beige stones. Good if you like a bit more heat.

Delicious food, great service, nice view.

Amazing food. We had octopus and codfish as starter and then swordfish and pasta Norma as main. The Chocolate almond cake was also delicious. The surrounding are very cute and cozy.

Loved loved loved. We were here in January (off season) so it was very quiet for lunch. But the sun was shining and the service was equally as stellar. The food was so fresh, probably the best fish so far in Sicily.
You MUST have the fresh cannelloni. Must. Must. Must go.

Perfect food.

Very good, fresh fish of the day. One thong to improve is an ive bucket for the wine and the bill could be served in a book instead of a candy tin can.

Delicious crudo and such a nice view over the Piazza. The waiter was very kind and made our visit extra special.
