Very nice hotel.. cozy/modern.. right in the middle of it all. It has a parking lot, that is convenient, still you need to walk 1 km to get to the hotel.. the breakfast was amazing, with the local market going on that day.. perfect italian setting.

I'm very sorry we came and paid so much money for this hotel, terrible service, we need to ask for towels
And for coffee, no shower room
Only Glas in the room, that's its the shower.
No recommended

Hotel nella piazzetta principale di Orta San Giulio, uno spettacolo di paese.
Servizio ottimo, la signora molto gentile ci ha dato tutte le spiegazioni per il parcheggio che in questi paesi è sempre problematico.
Le camera molto bella dal punto di vista architettonico, con doccia a vista, tuttavia poco funzionale, letto con spalliera laterale scomoda, mancano spazi per gli abiti e per appoggio e di notte è rumorosa per una bocchetta dell'aria che emette un rumore davvero fastidioso.
Colazione ottima nella piazzetta.
A parte alcune cose poco gradite nella stanza, il resto tutto perfetto.

Una bellissima posizione con vista lago, camere accoglienti, colazione impeccabile, lo consiglio vivamente.

Stanze belle. Ottima colazione. Direttamente sulla splendida piazzetta di Orta. Unica pecca il parcheggio a dieci minuti a piedi.

Des chambres originales. Surtout la dernière sous les toits... Très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Breakfast was made up of a lot of leftover cakes and food from the day before (we recognised them), service staff at hotel lobby was polite but did not go the extra mile - I) did not agree to helping us book restaurant within the same hotel group ii) made us walk with our luggage to another office to return our keys even when we had already made all payment. Hotel reception, and process flows could be improved. Hotel had a lovely view. Excellent location.
