Such a stunning place, tucked away among all the green heaven, the pool, the food, the rooms, plenty of hikes. Just perfect, not to mention you can do wine tasting right on the spot as they have their own grapevines and produce award winning wine.

We came here for lunch but the kitchen was closed. A very nice lady still managed for us a really good pasta lunch! Also the swimming pool is very nice and you can also use it when you don’t have a room in the hotel. If you are in the area of Sarteano this is a beautiful place to visit! Also delicious tiramisu ;)

The villa offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing holiday: silence, impeccable cleaning, delicious local food, a refreshing swimming pool, good wine, especially the white selection. The place is situated in the middle of an olive grove, away from the heat and noise of towns, but still close to famous attractions like Montepulciano (30 minutes away), or Florence (1 hour and a half). The staff is also very nice and friendly.

Loved everything about the stay there, very clean spacious rooms, very good service, Judith made us feel at home with her smile and excellent service and Paul/Paulo the chef who cooks the best authentic food, he even managed to make us best french fries when we asked though it was not on the menu, over all very clean best food, dessert and service I have ever had in Italy I highly recommend it.

We have been staying at this charming Tuscan retreat every time we are in the area over the past 2 years. We cannot recommend it enough to all our friends and family. Beautiful location, nice amenities, exceptional and friendly service, and a lovely restaurant serving a mix of Tuscan specialties (home made pastas are a must!). They sell local wines and of course, their own olive oil, which is very tasty. All of the staff are very accommodating and the view from the olive grove by the pool is breathtaking.

This was a really nice experience. The host and hostess was really nice and service minded. The food at the restaurant at dinner was delicious.

Amazing stay in this country side b&b. The place is super nice with a pool, beautiful garden and a small waterfall nearby. Close to many nice villages in Tuscany.

Delicious food, a small (few tables) restaurant in a country villa, very friendly waitress. A little remote, though.

An absolutely incredible lunch prepared by Chef Maresca. One of the best fish dishes we’ve had in our travels around the world and the ravioli was stunning. The property is picture perfect with furry friends to keep you company. Menu changes daily.

Struttura stupenda, immersa nella campagna della val d'Orcia. L'accoglienza di Paul e Judyta è superlativa. Sono loro la vera eccellenza, dalla colazione alla disponibilità in ogni evenienza.

Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Essen war fantastisch. Wir konnten auch eine Weinprobe machen und die Cantina ansehen.
Wir haben vor wiederzukommen.

아그리투리스모를 제대로 즐길수있는 소박하고 따뜻한곳. 전경이 너무 아름답고 특히 레스토랑 테라스가 너무 예쁩니다.
객실은 고즈넉하면서 깔끔하게 관리되어있고 욕실도 깨끗합니다.
예쁜 고양이들이 반겨주고 사람들에게 가까이 와요.
케어를 잘해주신게 느껴집니다.
이 모든것들이 있음에도 1박가격도 착합니다.
토스카나 아그리투리스모를 즐기고싶다면 완전 강추.

Posto molto bello e camere molto grandi.. Lascia a desiderare il cibo.. Che dovrebbero migliorare il menu in tutto.. Dispiace dirlo perché abbiamo anche speso non poco e speravamo di goderci la cena... Pollo freddo, tortelli crudi per ben 2 volte..
