The best place to stay in Sarteano! This was our second time staying at Ai Lecci in Centro B&B, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sarteano. The B&B is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It is walking distance from all of the best places to eat and visit, while maintaining a serene and private grounds. Bruno is a generous host and is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We enjoyed the pool, complimentary breakfast, and adorable cats that wander about outside. Ai Lecci feels like a home away from home, and we look forward to coming back for a third visit in the future!

In August 2020 I visited Bruno with my partner, and for him it was his second time staying at Ai Lecci. He wanted to show me Bruno's place because he was so enthusiastic about this place. And I fully agree with him. Bruno's place is amazing! The garden with the pool is beautiful and the breakfast is super delicious. The place does not have that many rooms and that makes this place so special. The rooms are well furnitured, are super clean and nice looking.
He took all the Covid- measurements very seriously.

And besides that, Bruno is an amazing person and has the best tips where to go in the neighbourhood.
And I must not forget to give a shout-out to Mocha the cat, she is such a sweet and lovely cat. 😻

I would love to visit this place one time soon.

We stayed at this resort for three nights. The location was very convenient. It was minutes walking distance to the main centre of Sarteano and only 25 to 30 minutes (driving) away to some of the greatest destinations in the area. The rooms were modern and extremely clean. The rooms were well designed and very functional. The pool and the spacious grounds provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast included an array of foods. Normally, in Italy, you only get an assortment of sweets. Bruno was very courteous and had a good grasp of the English language. He was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and area excursions. We forgot our toothpaste and he graciously provided us with some. We would highly recommend this place and plan on returning many times. Thanks again Bruno for making our stay very enjoyable.

Very nice and pleasant bed and breakfast. Located right in the middle of Sarteano. Super nice and clean rooms. Above all Bruno makes you feel at home and is very helpful. And last but not least the breakfast is fantastic. Everything is homemade: cakes breads, pastries, jams. All delicious. Highly recommended.

We went back to this hotel for the second time, because it pleased us the first time.
The room and the bathroom are beautifully decorated and practical as well. The double bed is bigger than you often see in hotels and we liked to have a quilt instead of blankets.
Breakfast: all home made and we especially liked the salt bread baked bij Bruno himself.
And not in the last place, Bruno is a sympathetic host.

Bruno and Paolone the cat are wonderful. Amazing gardens, pool and solitude right in the middle of Sarteano. Very close to Cetona, Montepulciano and Pienza. Short drive to Chuisi train station. Sarteano is hidden gem in Tuscany, will be back! Thank you Bruno!

We had an amazing stay at Bruno's place for 4 nights.
Very quiet place in a nice village. Totally isolated : no noises during day and night. Swimming pool is perfect, room was clean, cosy and confortable. Breakfast was homemade and varied.
Bruno is a perfect host : careful about his guest, he advices some good restaurants and places to visit.
Everything was perfect !

My parents recommend this venue having been here multiple times and it has surpassed my expectations. The host, Bruno, is excellent; he's helpful, courteous and makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast was great with an array of italian cooked meat, fruit, pastries, bread... The garden is surprisingly big and also very well maintained with a nice private pool at the back. The rooms are large with modern well maintained furniture and very comfy beds. It is also ideally located in the centre of the tranquil sarteano with restaurants nearby.

Pleasant and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, beautiful pool, nice welcome. Few days very pleasant in Sarteano. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Posto tranquillo anche se in pieno centro. Camere spaziose e pulite con un bagno degno di questo nome. Ottimi i dolci della colazione preparati dalla mamma di Bruno. E che dire di Bruno sempre attento e disponibile per farti sentire come a casa. Un consiglio: chiedetegli indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare... non v'è ne pentirete.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti per l'ultimo dell'anno, sono stata benissimo, silenzioso adatto alle mie esigenze, pulito, colazione buonissima casalinga, il proprietario gentile e disponibile,

Ein sehr nette B&B Unterkunft mit einem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Bruno hilft einem beim Koffer rauftragen und gibt guten Tips für den Ausflüge rundum. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und wir haben alles untergebracht. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig. Beim Frühstück bekommt man selbstgemachtes Brot Kuchen Kekse und Marmeladen seiner Mama. Typische Salami Proscuitto und Pecorini. Man kann drinnen oder draußen frühstücken. Es gibt einen schönen Pool wo man auch relaxen kann. Leider gibt es heuer ein Moskito Problem, so dass man zu sehr gestochen wird, aber das ist überall so.
Man bekommt einen Türöffner, sodass man mit dem Auto in das Anwesen reinfahren kann und somit sicher parkt.
Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Assolutamente consigliato. Se vi trovate nella zona (questo B&B è situato a Sarteano, non lontano da Montepulciano) non posso che consigliare questa struttura. Proprietario gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti, camere belle (anche se non particolarmente spaziose), bagni puliti e ampi, parcheggio di proprietà della struttura.

Eine wunderbare Villa inmitten eines großen gepflegten Gartens, mit Blick auf ein altes Kloster und direkt an der Piazza. Bruno, der Gastgeber tut alles dafür, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen und verwöhnt mit selbst gemachten Kuchen, Marmeladen von der Mamma, versorgt einen mit Tips für Ausflüge und Abendessen.
Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Siamo stati solo una notte(peccato) . Luogo tranquillissimo, camera pulitissima e ben curata in stile moderno, colazione al top... Nessun problema per Nica( la nostra Cocker nera) subito benvoluta da Bruno( disponibilissimo) .

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!camera comoda e pulita, colazione sfiziosa, piscina, tanto verde e silenzio grazie al boschetto di lecci nel giardino di un ex convento. Grazie ancora, Lucia e Francesco ☺

Warm welkom, mooie kamer, super hygiëne, heerlijk ontbijt. De ligging fantastisch, midden in het centrum van Sarteano, oase van rust in de tuin met een mooi zwembad. Komen zeker terug bij de perfecte gastheer Bruno!

Il proprietario Bruno è simpatico e gentile, nonché molto disponibile nell’attenderci per il check in fuori orario e nel supportarci con consigli e contatti di servizi della zona. Accoglienza e pulizia impeccabili, struttura sita in pieno centro con zona piscina e ampio giardino dove poter far colazione con ottimi prodotti casalinghi!

Abbiamo passato 2 notti nel B&B di Bruno e siamo rimasti molto contenti sia della struttura che dei servizi offerti e della sua ospitalitá!! La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato é molto spaziosa e dispone di dettagli che la rendono ancora piú comoda! La colazione buonissima, abbondante, genuina e preparata dallo stesso Bruno.. una delizia!
Se passate per Sarteano e decidete di fermarvici per qualche notte vi consigliamo di alloggiare ai "lecci in centro". Una garanzia!
