Review of VILLA TERRY Appartamento Ortensia and Girosole "Clean, safe and tranquil"

My family had the pleasure of staying at villa terry for the whole summer of 2019. Right from the start we were welcomed by the Duardo Family who were always ready and close by to answer questions or help us out. Carmen is full of helpful information and was always ready to lend us stuff we needed for the beach or kids. The property boasts immaculately maintained green spaces and private gated driveway with rooftop garage. We stayed in both the ground unit Ortensia and first floor Girasole. Both units well furnished and impeccably clean with lots of optional windows and sunlight. Appliances and furniture were in excellent working condition. The villa is located in a very quiet and private area of Catona so evenings and mornings were serene. Shops, groceries and gas were minutes by car or foot. Catona is a wonderful seaside resort full of private lidos and public beach spaces. The Catona Theatre is also minutes away which offers wonderful artists and performances all summer long. This villa and its location make it an ideal location for any family looking for a reliable and comfortable stay in Reggio. Thank you Carmen and family!

Ein großartiger Ort, um die ionische und tyrrhenische Küste zu besuchen, entlang der Küste Kalabriens zu reisen und Ausflüge nach Sizilien zu unternehmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und kompetente Gastgeber. Carmen hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war wie beschrieben.
Villa Terry ist ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, in dem Ordnung und Sauberkeit großgeschrieben werden. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt und der Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr zufrieden; Alles hat funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist großartig und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Den Strand erreichen Sie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Reggio und andere schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zu beachten ist außerdem, dass sich der Parkplatz auf einem Privatgrundstück befindet und durch ein Tor geschützt ist.

Proprietari estremamente gentili e attenti alle esigenze, anche di fronte ad un imprevisto si sono attivati immediatamente per la risoluzione del problema. Casa spaziosa, comoda, attrezzata e accogliente. Posizione strategica per spiaggia e servizi.

Location stupenda curata nei minimi particolari e situata a pochi passi dal mare.
Con mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo trascorso 2 meravigliose settimane in mansarda, dotata di tutti i comfort possibili per soggiornare anche per periodi più lunghi, oltre che di un terrazzo fantastico.
L' ordine, la pulizia, la quiete e soprattutto la disponibilità, cordialità e simpatia di Carmen ed in generale della famiglia Duardo, rendono il tutto ancora più familiare e ci si sente davvero a casa propria.
Non passa certamente inosservata la vista mozzafiato sullo stretto di Messina di cui mio figlio ne andava matto.
Ci rivedremo presto.

Ottimo posto per passare la vacanza. Villa molta bella e pulita, c'è molto spazio per una grande compagnia. Proprietari molto gentili e attenti a tutte le richieste degli ospiti. La villa non è lontana dal mare (5-10 min a piedi).

+ Area giochi per bambini
+ Bellissimo giardino con la fontana
+ Posto per una macchina (dentro il cortile , sotto un tetto)

Villa molto bella dotata di ogni comfort. Zona tranquilissima . Un ringraziamento ai titolari per i 12 giorni trascorsi.

Sono tanti anni che veniamo a Villa Terry e devo dire che è un posto magnifico siamo sempre coccolati dai proprietari. Complimenti.
