Incredible ! Super nice experience, Nicola has been so kind, showing us the grapes, the vinification process and letting us taste amazing natural wine including one with ancestral method. I highly recommend it, it was the highlight of my Sicilian trip 🫶

Beautiful family owned vineyard. We did a wine tasting with antipasti and it was all delicious. Dea was our hostess and she did a great job during the tour and tasting.

Soooo... something we didn't know about Sicily wineries... you need to book a reservation. Unlike the wineries of California, where you can just pop in and out, you really need to book ahead of time. We didn't know this, and both a combination of incredible luck and incredible hospitality from the staff at the winery turned what could have been a bonkers crazy, hour long backroad drive across some pretty sketchy stretches of winding roads that pop your ears as you climb through the mountains, nearly drive off the road to avoid tractors, into an amazing experience.

Now don't do what we did, book a tasting reservation.

That being said, Dea and Nicola took what could have been a pretty fun, but disappointing end to our drive and flipped it into what was probably a highlight experience during our trip. Dea provided us with basically a private tour, even though we were 1.5 hours away from when they had actual bookings showing up where we met Klaus and Gunther the owners. The wines were fabulous, the food was superb and the views were mind blowing. Would recommend the trip up into the mountains for this one.

Our wine guide Dea was very knowledgeable and so friendly. The tour of the winery and vineyard was so interesting and the wine was excellent as were the tasting accompaniments! Everything was of a very high quality even down to the building itself. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow- we had a wonderful visit and wine tasting here (through links provided on maps). Even though we came at the end of December, Nicola was an amazing host, showed us around and shared five delicious wines and local antipasti. We loved the experience; thank you!

Exactly what we were after! Nice and clean place. We felt very welcomed and got to see the whole process from the grapes to the finished product. Nicola was a lovely host and we got to try local delicacies paired with the lovely wine. We as a group of six highly recommend!

Go here! We had a truly amazing experience. We started with a tour of the winery followed by the best part…tasting some of the finest wines in Sicily. The views from the tasting room are beautiful. The hospitality is outstanding. Dea was a very knowledgeable guide and Nicola was a gracious host. This is a place for wine lovers and casual wine drinkers alike.

Dea was a brilliant tour guide who shared lots of interesting information about the winery and wine itself. The tasting was well worth it and the food was delicious. We had a great time and would recommend!

Di Giovanna Winery exceeded our expectations. Their guided tour filled with knowledge and family history was fascinating, followed by a generous tasting of delicious wines and a meat/cheese/breads accompanied by their organic olive oil. Sophia was an absolute pleasure as she guided us through the tasting. It was such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area to stop by and experience this family’s winery!

This was my first visit to a winery and now I fear no others will meet my expectations! We were hosted like we were royalty and educated like future wine connoisseurs. The whole day was extraordinary: the history of the vineyards, the beauty of the countryside, the precision of the facility processes, the graciousness of the staff all matched by the lovely wines they create and shared with our group. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Sicily in the future. Also, my shipment was on my doorstep when I arrived home which was a delightful surprise!

The experience of visiting Di Giovanna Winery was a highlight of my trip to Sicily. The people were knowledgeable about their craft, the time in their space was warm and inspiring, and the tasting was delightful. I highly recommend an entire afternoon devoted to this place with these wonderful people.

A last minute impromptu stop between Agrigento and Castellamerre de Golfo. This is the stuff dreams are made of! Honestly, pictures do not do this place justice! From the tour of the vineyard to the tasting! (Food and wine) If I could give this ten stars I would. A tick for the bucket list; drinking delicious wine in a beautiful vineyard in the countryside was a dream come true! This is well worth the visit! Thank you for looking after us!

Absolutely gorgeous experience. Perfect mix of technicality, education and fun in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The wines are all superb - you’ll want to tuck a few into your suitcase to bring home (along with the olive oil made on site that I can’t get enough of). Language will certainly not be a barrier for English speakers as owner Melissa is American and everyone I met spoke perfect English. If your are in the Palermo area, this is a not-to-miss day trip into the countryside.

A truly fantastic wine-tasting experience. Shota provided an excellent tour and answered our group's questions with the perfect level of detail. The family and staff are clearly very passionate about great wine, and made for excellent, welcoming hosts. Would recommend a trip to anyone going to the region.
