Hotel delle Alpi

A very good hotel. for the price paid, it offers a lot. decent rooms, very very good food, located near the sky areea. I had a wonderful view from the room. splendid spa area. the gentleman who owns the hotel is very kind. we felt very good, we will come back. I recommend this hotel

We have a number of complex food allergies with our children and I the way the chief waiter went out of his way to accommodate was outstanding. The food itself is fantastic with standard dishes daily and special everyday. One could feast on the antipasti alone .

Lovely hotel with great staff. Waiters in restaurant are super efficient. Ski bus is regular and reliable.
Rooms are very comfortable, and food has been good so far. Would recommend...

A great 4 star plus hotel. We booked our ski holiday through Crystal Ski. Our rooms were clean, modern and warm. In fact one of the rooms was too hot. Breakfast is great. Dinner was OK. Loved the modern spa area. Steam room was excellent but sauna, pool and jacuzzi were far too cold. Hotel is at the end of the resort but around 5 mins walk from one of the lifts which can be used to then ski down to the main part of the resort.

Stayed for a week over new year (2021/2) and really enjoyed it. Clean, big rooms, lots of hot water and plenty to eat!
The team Made a huge effort to make new year special with a gala dinner and every night there was a roaring fire in the bar and often live music.
We Usually go to the 3 Valleys France and this was our first time skiing in Italy and recommend heading over to Ponte Di Legno to expand your skiing options.
Overall a really good experience.

Modern well furnished hotel. Food is varied and excellent, including local specialities. There is a small swimming pool and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis as well as steam room and sauna. Some rooms have balconies. A range of suites is available. Good for skiing, close to the slopes or easy access using the free shuttle bus. On the edge of the town which is a short walk away.

Great holiday. Fantastic food each night, we loved the salad bar!

Prenotato con Smartbox. Ci ha dato una camera nuova ristrutturata.e abbastanza grande con la vista montagna meravigliosa.struttura ben curata. Bella la spa.La sera c’è anche musica da vivo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicinissima alla pista.

Siamo stati diversi giorni a cavallo del'capodanno,che dire ...eravamo un gruppo di famiglie con bambini che non volevano tornare a casa , noi adulti siamo stati coccolati dalle numerose varianti che l' hotel ci ha fornito pomeriggio e sera. Sono tornato oggi dopo una settimana di vacanza in questo Hotel con la famiglia (io moglie e due bambini di 10 e 7 anni) ed e' stata una esperienza che auguro a tutti... Innanzitutto un plauso particolare ai titolari per la fantastica accoglienza che riservano ai propri ospiti, esempio seguito poi da tutto lo staff che fanno veramente di tutto per accontentare tutte le richieste. Ottimo anche il cibo. Hotel che offre tantissimi servizi e tutti di ottima qualita'. Complimenti a tutti, hotel che consigliamo vivamente e dove torneremo alla prossima occasione.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per due notti.
La camera seppur leggermente piccolina è dotata di ogni confort ed è molto pulita.
Il bagno leggermente stretto, specialmente la doccia e per una persona grossa come me diventa complicato.
La zona benessere è eccellente mentre le piscine purtroppo abbiamo potuto utilizzarle soltanto una sera (in quanto nel secondo giorno era chiuse a causa di un problema tecnico). Abbiamo usufruito anche dei massaggi e c'è poco da dire, è stato tutto perfetto.
Colazione abbondante e con a disposizione quasi tutto il necessario, forse visto la location aggiungerei anche dello speck e della bresaola (ma qui sono gusti personali).
Abbiamo anche cenato una delle due sere e abbiamo gradito molto la cena in stile valtellinese.
Personale molto competente e gentile sia in sala che reception, abbiamo richiesto molte informazioni e abbiamo sempre avuto risposte esaurienti.
Il conto è coerente con l'esperienza fatta, considerando anche lo sconto che ci è stato fatto per non aver potuto utilizzare la piscina il secondo giorno (nonostante abbiamo comunque usufruito della zona benessere).
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Weekend stupendo ci siamo trovati molto bene camera bella grande con panorama stupendo. Abbiamo fatto la Spa piscine e tutto il resto super ,pulizia al TOP..
L'estetista e massaggiatrice veramente brava e molto gentile .Solo una cosa non mi ha soddisfatto molto la colazione, di solito in 4 stelle è più ricca e curata con prodotti di qualità.

È riduttivo dirti che siamo stati benissimo, perché ciò che ci è stato offerto supera, come ogni anno, di gran lunga tutte le nostre aspettative. La vostra accoglienza, così spontanea è così meticolosa ci ha fatto sentire ospiti speciali, permettendoci di instaurare un clima gioioso, spensierato, allegro. Se a tutto questo aggiungiamo i confort che la tua struttura offre, allora si, possiamo dire che abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile. Grazie a te Stefano e grazie anche a tutto il tuo staff che con inappuntabile serietà svolge il suo lavoro sia alla ristorazione, sia nei servizi ai piani. Da ospiti possiamo dire e confermare che non sempre, anzi quasi mai, si riesce ad ottenere un’ospitalità ineccepibile e perfetta. Grazie, ancora grazie di tutto e sappi che presto saremo di nuovo tuoi ospiti!
