Cool walking to those wonderful waterfalls.

The Acquafraggia Waterfalls in Italy are absolutely breathtaking! The pristine natural beauty and the soothing sound of cascading water create a serene and refreshing atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers and a must-visit destination for anyone traveling through this picturesque region.

Nice are for a weekend runaway. There are areas for swimming, bars, and benches to have a picnic. There are multiple routes also to hike and get above the waterfall. It worth visiting.

Very beautiful place worth the visit. Amazing scenery all around you in all directions. Great weekend getaway or for three week total relaxation vacation.n here you can unplug .

You must pay to visit it, which is very confusing honestly since it no-one property, i' m giving 5stars to the waterfalls itself. Averting is clean though.

Great waterfalls with fresh cool water and even the air is cool. 3 EUR is the entrance fee but maybe from the other side of the river it is free. You surely will want to go into the water and you can but it is chilly cold. There are parking places around and Chiavenna is quite close. Plus you can make several hiking tours to the higher mountains and one or two mountain villages.

The waterfall is incredible. Very nice photos up and down. The price is 3 euros, although not clear what they charge for?! There is a route to the waterfall top, but this can be reached from aside, no need to pay.

Must see when in the area. The top of the waterfall is spectacular but a steep climb. Not for the faint hearted/smokers.

Ran into these waterfalls by chance while driving through, so glad we did! Beautiful, tranquil setting. Enjoyed the sight, sound and feel of the water. Majestic!

By time this place losing its beauty because currently has less water comparing to my first visit when 6/7 years ago visited. Now it’s not even free to visit! The best thing if you want to enjoy you can try high pressure water near the mountain as nice body massage 😀 Kids also like this place because have well maintained places below. Also bar and public toilets are available.

AMAZING waterfall!!!

You can see this place from the main road, but it is worth going there for a few minutes, just to feel the breeze on a hot day. There is a path you can go to touch it, but you will be wet as a duck after that 😂

Amazing experience, if you have young children or simply not up to hiking in order to fully experience the beauty of a large waterfall then this is for you. Good bar serving drinks, pizza etc just two minutes from the falls. Well worth it!

Beautiful and quiet spot to visit during off season. We visited in February and parking was free as well as entrance to the park. There are some picnic tables available while you enjoy the falls. The scenery is fantastic and makes for a lovely afternoon.

We stopped a couple of nights at the campsite. In the village there was a wedding meal in progress and we were invited for a little to eat. Walking up the waterfall footpath we came upon a small group of houses and a church. The air is so clear, on the walk up there are natural springs for a welcome drink. The waterfall at that time was not ticketed entry, though we only paddled in the outer pools. Climbers at 5b and up would be in heaven, it is a magical place and as you might expect the locally produced food is amazing.

WoW!!! On the way to St.Mortiz, we found Acquafraggia waterfalls! It’s easily visible from the road. Parking is available. Walking to the waterfall base takes only five minutes. When we reached the base, it was refreshing. When you are 20 meters away from the waterfalls, you are sparyed with water droplets.

Amazing waterfall. There is a huge picnic area downstream with gentle streams to take a dip on a hot day.

Still wonderful even it was a dry summer. See the waterfalls of course, but if you want you can also cool down yourself by jumping into the water. I didn't see that is forbidden to do so. For more, there are several hiking routes up to the mountains if you plan a long day. At the two entrances there are bar restaurants.

Stunning waterfalls, well worth the visit. The café wasn't open when I visited (on a Wednesday) so bring your own drinks and snacks. You can swim in the cool water in the river or lie in the sun or sit in the shade of the trees- whatever you prefer. On weekends there's an entrance-fee of 3€/person; on weekdays it's free.

Such a peaceful and calm place. Although you have to go a little out of your way to reach there but worth it. On a sunny day it's a pleasure to be there. You can Touch the water take pictures there. Sit around at the corner with feets in the water. Amazing.
