You can’t find a more elegant, well-appointed, and quiet Tuscany farmhouse experience than La Saracina. Gabrielle and team went out of their way to create a comfortable atmosphere free of stress and demands. You honestly and truly can relax here and its a short drive to other locales including of course Montelpciano wines (Brunello, Vin Nobile). Experience from 4+ star places in Napa for example, they need to come here to get it right. No comparison. Amenities are all updated, wifi works great so no concerns about feeling totally cut off. Say hi to the little helper Otto - a spaniel mix. It’s so beautiful and the grounds and vistas make it impossible to leave. 🥰🇮🇹🍷🙏

Hidden Gem of Tuscany

Hesitant to write a review at the risk of this hidden gem becoming more discovered. This was my second time returning to La Sarancina, and I couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere. Peaceful beauty to the Likes of Design Hotels. Impeccable attention to detail this place offers the most serene experience one can have under the Tuscan sun. Simonetta, Gabriella, and Laura continue to make for a remarkable visit.

Beautiful property, owners & service - we couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend a week in Tuscany. The whole property is designed with impeccable taste and attention to every tiny detail. We followed all recommendations provided by the amazing owner Simonetta and were never disappointed!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in September, and it blew us away. The place is beautiful and every detail has been thought about. The staff are delightful and so friendly, and given that it is a small hotel, meals feel like a family affair. You meet the other guests for a drink before dinner, and watch the sunset. The pool is perfect, and it is very well located to Montepulciano, Pienza, and that part of Southern Tuscany.
Could not recommend this place highly enough, and we will certainly be returning.

La Saracina is such a special and magical place, it's almost too good to share this secret corner of Tuscany. However, we love it so much that we have decided to share it with our loved ones for our wedding in spring 2020 and will continue to return for years to come. We have visited the property in the spring, summer, and autumn, and all have been amazing stays.

The property is gorgeous and includes centuries-old almond and olive trees, views of Pienza and the surrounding hills, well-maintained landscaping with small surprises of rosemary, thyme, lavender, and roses in every corner, an inviting pool with comfortable loungers and hammocks, and an honesty bar/lounge in a chic and private space. The breakfast room and seasonal outdoor dining table are beautifully styled each morning. Eggs and coffee are made to order, and there's an abundance of local cheeses, charcuterie, yogurt, homemade granola and breads, fresh fruits and juices, and straight-from-the-oven cakes each morning. Gluten-free, dairy-free, etc guests are looked after with extra care.

The rooms are impeccably furnished and decorated and are each a bit unique. We have stayed across the standard, suite, and apartment categories, and all have been terrific with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and towels, spacious bathrooms, and plenty of room to store luggage and hang clothing.

If you are fortunate enough to be there during one of their organized dinners in the summer, jump at the opportunity! There's an abundance of food, starting from free-flowing prosecco and snacks at aperitivo to a 3-course meal prepared by a local chef they bring into the kitchen. The quality rivals what we’ve enjoyed at some of the best (including Michelin) restaurants in Tuscany.

The owners and staff that look after La Saracina are perfectionists about providing luxurious spaces, services, and amenities to their guests. All items around the hotel are carefully selected and placed, and no detail goes overlooked. Simonetta, the owner and day-to-day manager, is very generous with her time and happy to provide advice on places to visit and eat, and will make all your bookings for you on the spot. She grew up in the area and is well-connected, especially to the best restaurants and wineries, and will often get you specialized service wherever you go. Otto the cocker spaniel is super sweet and affectionate, terrific with children, and the best bonus!

The room prices might be higher than what you’d spend at a local agriturismo, but without a doubt, a stay at La Saracina is 100% worth it!

A truly beautiful place. A farmhouse with a rustic design, a passion for your wellbeing and fantastic cuisine. I will definitely come back the next time I am in the area.

Una residenza d'epoca ristrutturata e arredata col massimo gusto. E il lavoro di due sorelle che incsrnano la Classe. Non potete dire di conoscere la bellezza se non siete mai stati a "La Saracina".

La Saracina è un'esperienza straordinaria per tutti coloro che desiderano una fuga rilassante nella campagna toscana. Questa struttura si trova vicino a Pienza, una delle città più belle della regione, e offre sistemazioni confortevoli e lussuose in una struttura immersa nel verde.
L'atmosfera della Saracina è accogliente e familiare, grazie all'ospitalità che dedicano ai loro ospiti in modo genuino e appassionato. Laura e Gabriella sono sempre pronte ad aiutare gli ospiti in ogni modo possibile, fornendo consigli preziosi su cosa vedere e fare nella zona circostante. La loro conoscenza della Toscana è vasta e si percepisce la loro passione per la regione in ogni consiglio che danno.
La struttura è molto ben curata, con giardini e piscina sempre puliti e ordinati.
Le camere di La Saracina sono spaziose e arredate con gusto, offrendo tutto ciò di cui gli ospiti hanno bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile. La colazione è una vera delizia, con prodotti freschi e genuini, molti dei quali prodotti in loco.
Infine, la posizione della Saracina è perfetta per esplorare la campagna toscana e le città circostanti. Pienza, Montepulciano e Montalcino sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili in auto e offrono una vista mozzafiato sulla regione.
In sintesi, La Saracina è un luogo incantevole e accogliente, dove trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile nella splendida campagna toscana. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi relax, buona cucina e un'esperienza autentica della Toscana.

전체적인 인테리어는 빈티지하고 앤틱하며, 일관성 있는 고재가구로 아름답습니다. 호스트의 앞치마, 서빙, 접시 하나에도 모든 것에 세심함이 묻어 있어요.
부티크 호텔을 좋아하는 분이라면 강추합니다.
토스카나의 대부분 농가민박은 멋진 경치와 넓은 부지, 개방감을 가지고 있으나 이곳은 다소 협소하고 프라이빗한 느낌이 단점일 수도 있을 것 같지만, 조용히 휴식을 즐기기에 최고였습니다.
유기농의 디너 퀄리티도 상당히 좋았어요!
