The best place to stay in Castellammare! Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is great because the hotel is close to the port, restaurants, the piazza, and beaches. They even offer a shuttle to the beach. The hotel offered a beautiful Sicilian breakfast. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The entire staff was so helpful. Mariella, Francesco, and Marco were so attentive to offer local recommendations. Marco even helped us book a boat trip at the last minute one Sunday! I will definitely be returning to Hotel al Madarig.

We had the pleasure to stay at this Hotel for a week with a family of 5 in 2 rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The cleaning staff is polite, helpful and always accommodating. The Hotel management and Staff is very polite and helpful in everyway, always found time to give suggestions on restaurants, sites to visit or answer any question.
The breakfast buffet was great and we were always greeted with a smile and great service by all employees.
Overall this was a great choice and we plan on coming back in the summer!

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional - especially the man at reception. He booked us a shuttle to the airport, which was cheaper than getting a taxi. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. The view is stunning. Breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. There is a huge buffet spread, with everything from cakes to fish! Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. I can't recommend it more highly, I wish we'd stayed longer just to enjoy the hotel more!

Ottimo hotel. Posizione strategica, staff professionale, cortese e preparato. Molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La camera era pulita, con vista piazza e mare. Colazione a buffet ricca. Servizio navetta utile e flessibile. La cittadina merita di essere visitata e se ritornerò, sicuramente opterò per questo albergo. Consigliato.

L'emplacement est magnifique, nous avons trouvé tous les critères que nous souhaitions.
Belle vue, plage à proximité, ville avec des restaurants et bar accessibles à pieds.
Le petit plus, l'hôtel nous donnes un ticket avec une remise chez certains restaurants partenaires, nous avons pu économiser une dizaine d'euros à chaque repas !
Le personnel est très agréable, la salle de bain dispose de 3 jeux de serviettes différentes, possibilité de louer des serviettes de plage pour 2€ seulement, le petit inconvénient de la salle de bain est la douche un peu petite mais pour un cour séjour c'est très suffisant.

Le seul inconvénient est que le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner n'était pas des oranges fraiches pressées mais du jus coupé à l'eau.

Voto 10 al personale molto cortese e disponibile! Albergo molto carino, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione perfetta a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro. Tornerò sicuramente!

Príjemný hotel v centre mestečka, izba fajn, raňajky vynikajúce, pestrá ponuka, parkovať sa dalo v ulici pred hotelom, alebo kúsok od hotela v uzamknutom dvore, kľúč sme dostali na recepcii. Hotelík odporúčam.
