Podere Sole

We had an absolutely wonderful and restorative stay here — sorry to use a cliché, but it truly is like walking into a Tuscan postcard.

The estate is lovely — tastefully renovated and great place to relax, soak in the sun, or walk the trails around the vineyards.

The location itself is fabulous for exploring nearby classic Tuscan cultural and culinary offerings (and the hosts had great suggestions in these areas!)

It‘s a great balance of relaxation and ease of making local excursions. The hosts are wonderfully warm and welcoming, true gems!

I can heartily recommend this to the google-verse. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at Podere Sole, highly recommend.

Rooms are simple but clean and neat, and have everything you might need (inc wifi). Our room was (not yet!) air-conditioned but a fan was provided. Located on 200 acres of grape- and farmland it truly is a beautiful farm estate where you can walk around and enjoy the beautiful views. They have a hammock to view sunsets and a terrace with amazing view.

The (vegan) owners are very helpful, friendly, and communicate well. All staff speak perfect English making communication easy. Breakfast consists of delicious fresh homemade, all vegan goods (ranging from fresh pannacotta, bread to mutliple spreads and fruits) and is served on the terrace.

The podere is located next to Trequanda which also has a great all vegan restaurant!! The podere is located near (45 min drive) Siena and Arrezo two big towns with enough to do and see.

All in all, highly recommend staying at Podere Sole.

Note: They are quite a new place and planning on expanding their farm with a pool and air-conditioning so check their website for the current facilities.

We had the pleasure of being among the first guests to stay at Podere Sole in May 2024, along with three other adult family members. It was a fabulous visit. Upon our arrival, Sabrina showed us to our rooms and made us comfortable. We then enjoyed delicious olives, grown on the property, while sipping wine and sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The guest rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were wonderful, including Sabrina’s home baked breads, jams and sweets. The excellent cappuccinos were a real treat!
Cecelia, Sabrina and Joe are wonderful hosts who made our stay the highlight of our trip to Italy and Greece. Tuscany is beautiful with more places to see and explore than we could possibly fit into one visit. Cecelia helped us get the most of our time by arranging an Italian cooking class at a nearby restaurant and cooking school, Locanda Demetra. We prepared and dined on several lovely pasta dishes and tiramisu. Cecelia also arranged for a driver to take us to the places we wanted to visit.
After this wonderful experience, we plan to go back to Podere Sole for a much longer stay. We highly recommend Podere Sole to anyone who wants to experience a beautiful and authentic Tuscan vacation hosted by some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Situato in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali località, perfetta se si desidera un po' di pace tra la natura toscana. Pulito, silenzioso, ben tenuto, il paesaggio è incantevole, perfetto per un vino o un caffè con vista. La colazione preparata da loro con prodotti locali è la migliore! Cecilia e Sabrina sono adorabili, super organizzate e si assicurano sempre che tutto vada bene e che tu abbia un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole che ti fa sentire a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo posto magico :)

Podere immerso nella natura e nelle crete senesi.
Vicino a tutto e al contempo distante da tutto.
Ci siamo arrivati che oramai era buio ed abbiamo subito apprezzato l'ospitalità, la pulizia ed il gusto della cura del particolare.
La mattina ci siamo accorti veramente di dove avevamo alloggiato.
Per arrivare alla pertinenza dove si fa colazione, a 50 metri dalla nostra camera, ci abbiamo impiegato 20 minuti...incantati con il naso all'insù.
Eravamo completamente circondati dalla bellezza.
La ciliegina sulla torta? Un capriolo che passeggiava tranquillamente tra i filari strabordanti di uva.
La colazione ti scalda l'anima.
Non lo scorderemo facilmente e ci garba pensare che prima o poi ci torneremo.

Magnifico podere, completamente ristrutturato, immerso nella campagna toscana, a due passi dalla Val D’Orcia. La proprietà è immensa, riservata e con un vigneto meraviglioso. Vista mozzafiato, pulizia impeccabile, camere ampie e fedeli alla tradizione toscana e colazione squisita (oltre ad essere biologica, km zero e abbondante). I proprietari sono persone meravigliose e super disponibili. Perfetto per chi ama la natura e la vuole preservare, scegliendo la sostenibilità anche in vacanza, senza rinunciare al comfort. Torneremo sicuramente!

Visitato in primavera, il podere Sole è il luogo perfetto per chi cerca pace, contatto con la natura e un ritmo di vita più lento e appagante. Abbiamo passato delle giornate serene, scandite dal ritmo naturale della vita rurale. Un esperienza che rigenera corpo e mente, lasciando un ricordo indelebile nel cuore di chi lo visita.
Un grazie di cuore a tutta la famiglia che con immensa cordialità ci ha ospitati in questo angolo di paradiso dove torneremo sicuramente.

La felicità! Un pur bonheur pour un weekend en amoureux en Toscane. Emplacement idéal pour explorer les villages perchés et la région de Sienne, accueil sensazionale, Sabrina Cecilia et Joe ont été aux petits oignons. Et la vue... quel dépaysement ! Bref, on reviendra sans hésiter.

Diese Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Weinbergen, Wiesen und Wälder.
Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet, die Gastgeber Cecilia Sabrina und Joe sind fantastico, sehr zuvorkommend, sprechen italienisch, spanisch, englisch und deutsch.
Das Frühstück ist komplett vegan und fast alle Produkte sind selbstgemacht und von regionaler Herkunft.
Diese Unterkunft müsst ihr buchen.
Es ist mit Worten kaum zu pbeschreiben.

Es ist ein Traum hier zu sein.
Hier wurde ein alter Bauernhof mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert.
Die Zimmer sind super sauber und dem toskanischen Flair getreu eingerichtet.
Sabrina .cecile und joe haben hier eine vegane Oase errichtet und sie haben viele tolle Pläne für die Zukunft.
Das Frühstück wird aus eigenen Produkten gezaubert und wird vegan zubereitet.
Die Aussicht allein ist unbezahlbar.

Persone molto accoglienti, che ci hanno fatto scoprire le delizie della cucina vegana in un luogo straordinariamente bello e rilassante. Sono al centro di una zona con tanti piccoli borghi da scoprire. Da ritornarci appena possibile. Grazie ancora.
