I Sapori del Castello offers a delicious culinary experience in the picturesque setting of Bolsena Castel's charming streets. The menu features delightful typical dishes, perfect to those eager to favor the local flavors. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, further enhancing the overall experience. Unfortunately I didn't have time to taste all the offering, this gives me a perfect reason to return... I highly recommend this place for its excellent quality, value and service!

We got there twice. Very friendly service with good recommendations. Food very good. We have to highlight the „il mio lago carpaccio di coregone“ and the peach tiramisu. The location is also very nice.

Food quality was great all fresh ingredients. Service too fast and mix up in the food primi and secondi. Otherwise atmosphere was nice and good food.

Loved this place for diner. Paused knowing we had a steep walk back up from lakeside to get here for dinner but well worth it. Such friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

All crazy. very busy day we ate and were served very well, even though there was only one waitress who looked like a robot it was by how fast it went and decided all right with a lot of patience. Very good quality food. You can't not try it.

Wow, we just rode our bikes from Venice to here, on our way to Rome... Found this by accident but ended up being the best pizza and pasta we've had yet. **Maybe the couple glasses of wine we had with the amazing sunset speaking but this place was so good. Please try it.
