Perugia Farmhouse B & B

I chose this place to explore the region of Umbria which is highly underrated. Perugia Farmhouse is located in the lovely area, surrounded by stunning nature: hills, fields and the sky that always looks as if it was painted. This makes it a perfect place to relax. The silence is interrupted only by a birds singing.
The owner is incredibly welcoming as well as the other members of staff. They were doing their best to ensure that each detail of my stay was perfect.
If you are seeking for a peaceful retreat and authentic non-commercial experience you should definitely visit this place.

The farmhouse is great and has such an authentic charm. It's a really peaceful setting with beautiful views all round. The accommodation is great and all the rooms have their own style. There's great areas to relax in inside and outside. Everything is comfortable and clean.

Laura and the staff are amazing - always willing and able to help out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and to help everything go smoothly, thank you.

I'd highly recommend the farmhouse to anyone.

Such a beautiful place, Laura and Manuele are kind and nice hosts ! Breakfast is delicious, rooms are neat and tidy. You can have a dive in the big swimming pool ! You can easily reach Florence and Roma by train. Perugia is a lovely place to go full of restaurants and the view from the top is astonishing, you will enjoy it !!

I had an incredible stay at the farmhouse, it is set in the most peaceful location, you can swim in the lovely pool and look out at the rolling hills of Umbria. The mixed dorm was spacious and clean and it's a grate option for travellers on a budget who still like to feel luxurious with tranquil gardens and a large swimming pool. The closest shop is only 10 minutes walk and they even have a little kitchenette so you can cook your own food and save money. The other guests were friendly and chilled out, it was not a party hostel which is what I was looking for but you could still have a glass of wine and chat with others. So many beautiful birds and insects in the area (I visited in May) the wildlife really added to the atmosphere for me.

The place is just beautiful! Surrounded by nature & calm. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from the pool area, enjoying the wine you just bought from a supermarket 10 min away & chatting with nice & friendly people :)
Laura & Manuele are attentive hosts, who make you feel at home :) I really enjoyed my stay at this place!

The farmhouse is a wonderful place. Located in the middle of nature and still close to the center of Perugia. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained, the pool is an absolute highlight and the owners are very friendly! I would definitely recommend the place :)

I spent a month here on a workaway with Laura, Manuele and their lovely kids. It was such an amazing experience and I think of it very fondly. The place is beautiful and you can feel all of the love and hard work put into the B&B. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Location is stunning, the staff are great and really accommodating, and it has a really friendly, communal atmosphere. If you’re a backpacker looking for an affordable break from youth hostels in the city, I think this is one of the best options out there, the value for money is second to none.
Just two things I think could be improved; the communal kitchen only had one stove, which makes cooking a faff. Also, my partner and I stayed in a room with what looked like a double mattress, but was actually two single beds put together. But otherwise this was just about the perfect place to stay and I loved my time here.

The place had great character with beautiful scenery and views from the room surrounding the farmhouse. Good sized and very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection and fresh cakes which we looked forward to it each day. The staff at Perugia farmhouse were lovely and really helpful which made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We would happily return in future. There were also fab restaurants within a 20 minute walking distance.

Our family very much enjoyed staying at the farmhouse for a weekend.
With magnificent views and great outdoor areas - huge garden, swimming pool - it is family friendly and perfect to chill and/or refresh in the pool.
The rooms were nice and clean, thanks to the comfortable beds we had great night sleeps.
Laura (the host) was very welcoming, doing her best to accommodate our needs/wishes.
It was a pleasure!

A must try experience in nature so close to beautiful busy and hard to find parking Perugia

The b&b is situated in the absolutely stunning hills in Umbria, yet very close to the city center of Perugia. With the city bus you’re there in half an hour!
The b&b is a beautiful old house with spacious and cozy rooms, with personal details that make you feel right at home.
Lovely pool and breathtaking scenery! Never got tired of the view of Perugia and the hills.
I had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Perugia!

Beautiful setting. Staff were great and helpful. Clean rooms and nice pool. Felt very homely. Owner wasn't there during our stay but her friend went above and beyond to take care of us, including giving us some of her home made olive oil and driving us to the supermarket on a Sunday to get supplies for a BBQ. I would recommend this to anyone passing by great experience.

Amazing place to stay. The view is amazing, the owners are really friendly and nice. The rooms are clean and cosy. There’s a lot of space outside. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk and it brings you to the center of Perugia in 30 minutes.

Wonderful environment, the owners are incredibly nice and helpful. The place has a real homely feel to it. A succesful mix between B&B and youth hostel.
The farm animals are great for a vacation with kids.

This place is just amazing! The views, the staff, the lovely owner Laura & Manuele, the breakfast and the people you meet. Sweet balance between family vacation and backpackers; give an interesting atmosphere after a long day at the pool; great conversation and definetly a lot of fun! The house is very clean, (I've seen the staff working hard on the cleaning everyday) and Laura and Manuele are great hosts; always there to answer you, call for pizza delivery, reserve your wine tasting, even with a new born baby! Congrats and I recommand this paradise to anyone that is looking for a rest between cities, a little wonder around Perugia and good vibes! See you soon Perugia Farmhouse !

We went to the campsite for a couple of nights. Great scenery, wonderful panoramic views all around. Facilities are simple but clean. General atmosphere is very idyllic!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautifull environment, very nice host. Rooms where perfect. When you relax at the swimmingpool you have amazing vieuw!!!!
