An excellent osteria hidden in the mountain.
We asked for the tagliere as antipasto. For 16 euros was really good, including chestnuts, honey and melon jam. Delicious.
As main plates we ordered tagliatelle con ragu di cervo bianco and crespelle con radicchio, formaggio and prosciutto cotto. Both were excellent.
For dessert, tiramisu al pistachio and chocolate mousse. Really recommended the tiramisu.
Finally a couple of espressos.
It costed around 35 euros having a couple of wine glasses.
If you’re in the area, do not hesitate and try to go. It was 5/5.

Unique experience of super local produce from the Aosta Valley, wines, charcuteries, pastas. Service is impeccable and young chef very competent. The place is all renovated and we also feel the history. We are going back tonight.

Excellent food: a mix between Perugia e Valle d’Aosta. The ingredients they use are of super prime quality and local. The place is just a gem. We loved the tagliata.

We found this restaurant on Google maps while we were heading back to Milan after a great weekend in valle d'Aosta. It was the perfect last stop in the region. The restaurant is located in a little village where it seems that time stopped. The ideal context to taste some of the delicious traditional dishes of the region. We had several dishes with game, the carbonade with polenta concia, deer Ragu tagliatelle and deer ribs. Everything was wow! The service was excellent. The owner of the restaurant takes care of pretty much everything from the kitchen to the service with a impeccable warm and familiar touch. The restaurant is also very nice from an aesthetic perspective, furniture and table dress is well curated and quite modern in terms of design. This place is what I would define the perfect match between tradition and contemporary and I would strongly recommend to stop here for a delicious meal with your beloved or for business. It really suits both type of occasions.

This place is amazing!!! Food is locally sourced, very very fresh, simple and wholesome. No English, BUT the service is wonderful and they try to make it work...as an alternative you can try Spanish. Very friendly and warm welcome accompanied with smiles and attention to detail! Over all one of the best experiences in a restaurant I have ever had! It is worth traveling to here, just to visit this hidden gemstone!
