Ristorante Nicholas

Fine dining restaurant by the lake Garda. We had lunch at the terrace. My wife had salmerino with vegetables and I had caramelle di pasta. Both dishes were delicious. We had tiramisu for dessert it was average. We got limoncello from the owner who's a nice man. Just recommend.

The service was truly on the highest level, with attentive staff ensuring our wine glasses were never empty. Nicholas himself made several visits to our table, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction, and I'm confident any issues would have been swiftly resolved.

The culinary journey at Nicholas was outstanding. The lamb chops and veal were juicy and packed with heavenly flavors, leaving us wanting more. The seafood salad was top-notch, showcasing the freshest catch expertly combined with vibrant ingredients. However, the fish dish received a 3-star rating as it lacked that extra cherry on top to make it truly exceptional.

The restaurant's ambiance was captivating, especially during late evenings, with a fantastic view to enhance our dining pleasure. The overall atmosphere was remarkable, adding to the overall charm of the dining experience.

In conclusion, Nicholas is undoubtedly the best dining experience we had during our Lake Garda visit. The attentive service, mouthwatering lamb chops and veal, and delightful seafood salad made for an unforgettable evening. Though the fish dish didn't quite hit the mark, the overall experience was outstanding. Our party extends heartfelt thanks to the owner for creating such a memorable dining experience.

The service and the friendliness were impeccable, and the quality of the food was on the same level. I also found the prices very reasonable for what is offered in terms of quality. A simple yet elegant restaurant - fully deserving of a five star rating.

Very short but at the same time sophisticated menu, we took fresh ravioli with lobster, beef tar tar, pasta with truffle, everything was exceptionally good, stuff was very friendly and helpful!!

Relaxing delicious dinner… Service was excellent… Complementary after dinner drink and during dinner when they noticed we were cold, they brought us blankets!

What a lovely restaurant! Wonderful, polite, attentive old fashioned good service given by people who really make you feel like a special guest. The food is delicious and tastes home cooked. The setting is magical, right by the lake, with a beautiful atmosphere. If you can’t decide what to eat or drink just ask one of the waiters and they will give you fantastic recommendations with a smile. Loved this place and I highly recommend that you go there for a beautiful dinner on lake Garda.

Owner Nicholas and server Fabian were genuine, pleasant, and professional! The pasta plates were as amazingly delicious and finely seasoned as many NyC Michelin stared Italian restaurants. The lake side view was equally amazing especially the rising mid autumn moon ! Thank you guys for the delicious food and warm hospitality!

Alleine der Gastgeber ist 5 Sterne wert. Noch nie einen Gastgeber erlebt, der mit so viel Leidenschaft seinen Beruf ausübt. Wie meinte er so trefflich: ich liebe meinen Beruf. Er ist charmant, schaut permanent ob alles passt und für einen Schweizer wirklich gesprächig ;-), egal ob zu den Stammgäste oder Neuen. Nun zum Restaurant. Es ist ein kleines schickes Restaurant an der Seepromenade von Gardone mit schönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Service ist zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist vorzüglich. Wir hatten Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten und Tiramisu. Beides war lecker und Tiramisu ist eine große Portion. Das Preisniveau ist gehoben, aber absolut gerechtfertigt. Wenn man in Gardone oder Salo Urlaub macht, dann muss man hier Essen gehen, was ich sicher wieder machen werde, wenn ich dort bin. Zu hundert Prozent zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr toller Service und das Essen - allen voran die Trüffelnudeln und das Pistazien Creme brûlee- waren herausragend. Die Weinbegleitung als auch das Ambiente waren top. Das Team war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Absoluter Tip an der Promenade in Gardone.

Наверное лучший ресторан в этом районе! Потрясающая кухня! Особенно мидии...бульон к ним заправлен какими то шикарыми специями и зеленью! Рыба сибас была идеально приготовлена! Хозяин ресторана постоянно встречает и обслуживает гостей...я читал в отзывах, что якобы были проблемы с обслуживанием, ну не знаю..мне кажется что наоборот это эталон! И в Италии я такого сервиса вообще не видел! Спасибо всем сотрудникам за предоставленный кулинарный праздник🙏🙏🙏

Déjeuner du midi ce 25 juillet 2024. Le hasard nous amène dans ce restaurant de bord de riviera à Gardone. Le patron d'origine Suisse parle allemand, italien et français. La cuisine est excellente, le service impeccable. Nous recommandons ce resto très agréable au bord du lac de Garde.
