Hotel Du Lac Gardone Riviera

Where do I start. Hotel was excellent the staff were so friendly the views were fantastic and the food was top notch. We stayed in a standard double room with a partial lake view the room, it was spotlessly clean and had great amenities and extras. Bed and sheets were so comfortable and the view from the balcony albeit only partial lake view was great. Two very small things that could be done is to put doors on the front of the wardrobes/cupboards and some way of blocking out the morning sun a bit more so you can sleep in longer. The Staff were so friendly and were so helpful from the start of our stay to the end, let us know all about savings on the boats and at their restaurant and answered all our questions, restaurant staff were so attentive and service was very quick. The hotel’s restaurant was great and the added benefit of the 10% off made our meal very affordable, food was top notch! Free access to the nearby lido was a very nice extra we spent a whole day there swimming in the lake the pool and service straight to your sunbed was fantastic! Wish we could of stayed longer, will be heading back in the near future. Thanks for a great relaxing stay.

I don’t usually write reviews for the hotels I stay in. This hotel however, surprisingly exceeded my expectations for a hotel that has 3 stars. Rooms were clean and nice. Amazing location, right next to a ferry terminal that they also provide you a discount for. Professional and kind staff. The restaurant of hotel is always busy at dinner time for how good it is. They also provide you with a free access to the private peach nearby, which also did not expect it when I booked this hotel.
All in all, amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone of my relatives.

The Hotel Du Lac was an absolute delight and one reason among many to return to Lake Garda. Our instructions for temporary parking to unload our luggage were simple and straightforward.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful which was nice and because of the staff we took advantage of visiting the beach club and jumping into the lake. What a great way to cool off.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
For breakfast they provide a nice selection of items for every taste.
May wife said our mistake was not spending enough time in this lovely place.

It is a great hotel. The room was brand new and very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. The beach and pool access is amazing it comes with the room. The breakfast has a large selection of items. It is better than lots of 5 star hotels I have stayed in. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this hotel sooner I would have stayed there for my whole vacation.

The Hotel Du Lac is wonderful. Beautiful restaurant, lovely breakfast and very clean rooms. Martina could not be more welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect right at the Ferry stop.
This is our second stay and we hope to stay again in the near future!

My stay at your delightful hotel was fabulous! It could not have been better. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. And the women who I got to know on my floor who cleaned my room and provided me with water and toilet paper and the ironing board and five different irons :-), we’re fantastic. I must thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This place is AMAZING! We had a king room with a terrace, and loved it. Everything was clean, the AC worked marvelously, and the staff was very professional. The view from our terrace was our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner. We are already talking about when we can return. Thank you for your hospitality!

The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. The room was cleaned up before I even made it back from breakfast. Breakfast was a nice setup in general, but pretty typical breads/cereals/fruit for vegan options. They did have soy milk available which was a nice surprise. The location was great - close to bus and ferry stops, and lovely walking area along the lake. Also a quick walk to the Heller Garden which was beautiful.

Wonderful hotel, awesome staff and fantastic location. Breakfast has a vast variety of options and nicely presented. Delicious coffee with numerous choices. A great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is awesome. It might be 3 stars, but it deserves 5. There are no facilities to consider it 5 stars like gym or swimming pool or the other things to rated 5, but the staff are great and very friendly, like miss Martina ,Jacob (owner)and Silvia. Great staff.
The place is in front of the lake. With restaurants around .
The room size is reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child .
I recommend this place for you .

Spotlessly clean rooms every day. Good wifi. Fantastic food and the staff are great. We had a room with a baloney and a terrace all to ourselves. The boat service for the lake is just by the hotel and the kiosk to buy the tickets and the staff there are very helpful.

Wonderful location on Lake Garda. Wonderful helpful staff, who were more than happy to help answer numerous questions. Most spoke English well.

We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Du Lac, Lake Garda. We have visited 3 times now and as always, We have thouroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel is always so clean and inviting. With rooms cleaned every morning. The cleaners do a fantastic job.
The breakfast has so much to choose from and the scrambled eggs in particular are lush. Cereal, eggs, pastries and cold meats and cheese, to name a few of the foods on offer. You can also have an evening meal at the hotel with a discount for staying guests.
The owners are so nice and will do anything to help and make your stay perfect. I don't know when they sleep because they put in such long hours but always have a smile on their faces !
The staff are pleasant and polite and nothing is too much trouble.

Newly renovated hotel in perfect location. Service is outstanding and always friendly. We enjoyed going to the local beach club (free entrance for hotel guests). Breakfast was good. Coffee was better this year! ;) Parking was well organized. You can unload your bags close to the hotel and park in locked parking boxes (add. cost) in 2 min walking distance. The rooms with terrace in the 1st floor with lake view are wonderful and worth the extra price. Many restaurants in walking distance.

This little gem was hard to leave. Staff was extremely attentive, room was cozy yet elegant, breakfast was over the top with something for everyone. Cannot beat the location and amount of shops and food around that made it quaint. Can’t say enough great things about this place. But the best was the view…heavenly.

Beautiful hotel we reserved a comfort family room for 3 persons lake view it is really comfortable with big balcony , the staff are friendly specially Martina and Jeco , the hotel is very clean , the beakfast was amazing it was good choice to stay in this hotel

This is an excellent choice of hotel. Well placed to explore other areas by boat. Had a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Staff are so attentive and courteous and all knowledgeable of where to go. We stayed for 12 nights and had clean sheets every few days! All the little details were hugely appreciated. Thank you! Also invested in Lake Garda transfers - Giuseppe was a fountain of knowledge . Transfers were swift and vehicle was luxurious and comfortable. Again - all the extra information offered was hugely appreciated.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Loved our 5 days there. Very clean and comfortable staff very friendly and welcoming. Great having the ferry stop right outside the hotel. Dined in the hotel restaurant twice fabulous service and great food. Fabulous restaurants around too that we visited. Will definitely be back love Lake Garda.
