What a surprise …. We just walked by , looked at the menu and we make a reservation for after our walk trough this beautiful village ….. when we came back and get a seat we get a little bubble for welcoming . And it was really nice …. Then the starter came and we had steak tartare ( really good seasoning !) and we had an carpaccio who was also very nice . Than we all steak . The ladies with mushrooms ( little but too much mushrooms ) and my husband the normal version with rucola and Parmesan both types the meat was perfect. And at the site some vegetables and fries . The staff was very nice and correct . We will come back in the future

The Food and the service was absolutely great!
We ate the best tatare with truffle ever. And the Pasta with truffle, the octopus, the grilled vegetables and the deserts were great as well.
It was so good, that we came back for dinner at the same day.
You do a great job - thank you!

The Food was delicious and the Staffel was very kind. The only little downside was the price if the food which was somewhat expensive, even though the price was very worth it.

The place is elegant and cozy at the same time. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. I would love to come back again soon.

Good wine and amazing steak. My partner and I had a 1.2kg Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine steak) with a bottle of Chianti. They were having a promotion and we paid just under 50 euros for all these.

The food was very delicious and the staff was very nice. We have never been served so kindly! Worth a visit.

Fantastic meal in a beautiful atmosphere! Can't go wrong with their fresh pasta! The Tiramisu was so delicious we ordered a second!

So nice to walk into a restaurant and be told they can make anything on the menu gluten free - such a nice change to having a limited choice 😋 Lovely wine too!

We found this beautiful, little restaurant while visiting Volterra. We ate there twice because we really liked it. The staff was very warm, friendly and professional, great service. We had the spinach and ricotta ravioli with truffle and porcini mushroom, they were divine. We can’t recommend this place enough. Really worth it. If you are in Volterra, try it!!!

The food was so good we had to return again the day after 👌🏻 We were a group of ten people and the server Cino was excellent and most attentive!

We have been coming to this resturant for eight years. Always receive a warm welcome, food is excellent with a good choice. Lovely atmosphere for couples, and families. Cannot rate this resturant highly enough deserves more than five stars.

Great personal, delicious food, nice location!!

Yesterday after a diner elsewhere we past by this restaurant and talked to one of the waiters, a nice young men. We talk briefly about this odd Corona year. He called it a lost year and I sadly agreed with that.
We promised to come back for dinner this evening and we did. It surely was not al lost evening.
We had a nice diner served by a friendly staff. Good food with a good bottle of Tuscan wine!
After we payed the more than reasonable bill, we walked over the square towards to our hotel and somebody called us.
It was the young waiter who thanked us and gave us a small bottle of Cianti wine. What I nice gesture!
This will be a good memory of our visit to Volterra. Thank you and till next time.

Very warm and friendly! Quaint little restaurant! Our dinner, dessert and cappuccinos were all wonderful! Customer service was great! We will definitely come back when we are in Volterra again!

This spot is awesome, we got good food Fast. The staff was happy and gave us free wine. So we went 6 Times.

We have dined at the Etruria SO many wonderful times, and always take friends there when they visit Volterra. The palazzo itself is incredibly beautiful--if you dine outside, do at least walk in to look around! The food is equal to its setting, the staff and family are friendly and professional...and it's easy to find, being at the back of the main piazza in town, the Piazza dei Priori. (P. S. Volterra's beef is outstanding!)
