So good we went twice! These pinsa’s are so well priced and delicious. We loved everything we tried.

Huge thanks to Jacob for the great service.

I went to this place for its excellent reviews, and it lived up to my expectations! The service was nice, preparation for the pizza was very quick, price was cheap/affordable for the quantity. Quantity of pizza was perfect, and quality was excellent! Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Sicily.
The menu also has many options, would love to go back.
I did takeout and ate on my rooftop so that’s not the view of the location

The waiter was the friendliest person I met in Sicily till now. The pinsas were excellent and he treated us very well. He spoke Portuguese
with us. I highly recommend this place!

Richly deserves all the high praise from other reviewers. Not only was the food delicious and good value for money, but the service was outstanding, and it had such a warm atmosphere. We had the Carbonara and Amatriciana, and can recommend both. I wish we could return to try them all!

The best pizza you’ll find in Cefalù. They offer to go boxes, perfect for the beach or sunset on the rocks. Nice beer selection as well.

Excellent service, Jacopo is really kind and friendly, with a great energy and also worried about allergies! The pinsas were delicious and with a fair price!

Delicious pizza and very light. Very cheap and value for money. Service was excellent too, very friendly staff and they were able to recommend which pizza to have. You must try it if you're in Cefalu!

Beautiful pinsa - the dough is unreal. Staff lovely and friendly. Great price. 100% recommend!
Only feedback is that the lights are a bit bright inside to create atmosphere.. but otherwise loved this place - definitely one to put on the list!

We arrived back to Cefalu from a busy day in Palermo, we wanted to head back to the apartment and get take-out pizza to eat at the apartment. This was rated top “Pizza” place in Cefalu, you could eat in or take out. and the rating was correct!!! This pinsa is made with rice and soy in the crust and how it ferments etc, makes it a very light and SUPER delicious pinsa!!! I ordered the margarita and my husband ordered the diavola. So GOOD!!!!!!!!

We drove from Palermo to Cefalu to walk through its beautiful streets and a late night bite. We ended up at a family run, History Pinsa. Jacob was our host. He greeted us upon arrival and sat us down at a table for four. We had the Amatriciana and the Carbonarra (host recommended). Andre made and brought them to the table. Both pizzas were very, very good. The dough was light, fluffy, yet it crisped up nicely on the edges. The Carbonarra was especially good. We ordered a second one. In a city with so many establishments offering pizza, I dare say it is probably the best in the city if not one of the best. I strongly recommend that you all come and try these pizzas, and you are welcome to prove me wrong, though I doubt you can and will most likely end up agreeing. Enjoy

A delightful experience that I cannot wait to return to. Soy & rice based pizzas - not guaranteed gluten free so probs not suitable for coeliacs but for some gluten intolerant people may be ok. If it is ok, do try this as the base was so fluffy and crunchy and light, and the toppings (both traditional & non traditional) suuuuper delicious. We got Sicily, Strega, and the mortadella one - the first two were mind blowing & I’ve been thinking of them ever since!! Service was also so warm & helpful.

Super friendly, amazing little pinsa place! They were able to squeeze us in on a busy night with fast, kind service. The two pinsas we got were both delicious, and very affordable. Pinsa is a Roman flat bread - yum! It does get busy so recommend a reservation or take away.

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten! My partner and I drove through southern Italy on a road trip and tried many places, this was by far the best we had on our whole trip. I would go back to this city simply to eat there again.

Our server was super friendly and helped us order the best drinks and pizza.

Such delicious pinsa we came back from round two. Naturally gluten free (but you would honestly never know so don't let this put you off), light and airy dough. The staff are all refreshingly enthusiastic and keen to help with recommendations. We tried 4 flavors, all divine but the stand out for me was the carbonara.
Price for two pinsa, fries and a bottle of water was €20. The best prices in Sicily!
Run, don't walk to History Pinsa, you won't regret it.

The nicest people in Cefalu!! The team here were so friendly, not to mention the most delicious pizza I've ever had! We visited History Pinsa multiple times on our holiday. I think this is the best value too.

Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We didn’t have a reservation but they gave us a table anyway. Food was delicious and easily some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I would recommend this spot to anyone on the look out for pizza in Cefalu!!
