Elementyl Yoga

During a few weeks' stay in Umbria, I had the chance to discover this yoga center. Jennifer, the founder, is very welcoming, and her unpretentious classes offer a space for rejuvenation, self-reflection, and shared good spirits. Jennifer has a gift for hospitality and has created a warm and inviting place. I also attended a class led by Elisa, a very kind teacher with advanced technical skills. Although I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 years, her adjustments allowed me to further refine my posture and approach to yoga. I highly recommend this center!

I highly recommend Jennifers beautiful and peaceful yoga studio. I love yoga and I am quite picky about the studios and classes that I attend. Elementyl is one of my favorites yet. All classes are well-planned with a nice flow. Yoga mats and props are of the highest quality. My teen-age daughter is new at yoga, while I am more experienced, but the classes works really well for both of us which speaks of a great teacher. I am very happy about this addition to our small town!

I find the classes very easy to understand, Jennifer thinks outside the box and makes classes dependent on the students level. A very peaceful and energising teacher.

Jen has created the most beautiful and relaxing space to host yoga classes in the historical centre of Todi.

Stepping inside you immediately feel a sense of calm, even among the pre-class chat!

I have tried a few yoga classes over the years but never stuck at it. Having recently moved to Todi and finding these classes ran in English, I decided to give it a go, mostly as a way to meet people!

I am so glad I did!

I am now a regular at the Vinyasa class which is guided so well by Jen. The class always flows beautifully and with such small class sizes, she gives individual attention as needed.

I feel my muscles working as we work through the poses, and I can feel the improvement week by week.

Beautiful facility, all the equipment you need. Great instructors. Highly recommend!

Friendly owner, relaxed atmosphere in a nice studio. Cool ceilings, and has air conditioning for the summer.
