Rosario was such a wonderful driver and guide! We used him for a transfer to the town where my father’s ancestors are from. We wanted to look at the church records, but the church was closed. Rosario helped us find the Comune Di Falcone, and then spent 2 hours with us, translating for us with the office women. He then suggested we see a beautiful church on our ride home, and the views were unbelievable!! Without Rosario, we wouldn’t have figured out anything. We’re so grateful for him and his incredible service.

Reliable taxi firm, great communication, always making clear what the cost would be so to avoid misunderstanding later. We were visiting for a wedding and heard several guest say they couldn’t get a taxi or had to wait ridiculous times. I highly recommend Rosario, tip- book in advance as it’s a small town.

Rosario is highly reliable and flexible. On short notice, we requested to detour to a city that my wife's grandparents used to live. He not only took us there but talked to locals to try and help us gather any information. We used this service for another transport. And again, we decided to stay another day where we were and he had no problem moving our time to the next day. Highly recommend !!!

We used Sicily Transfer &Tour for all our transfers around Sicily. Excellent service and lovely air-conditioned vehicles. Domenico was our driver from Palermo to Taormina and back. He was on time and we didn’t even have to ask for a pit stop/ he just knew when to stop. When he did stop the station was clean and had a deli with good coffee, snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this company when you are in the Sicily area. They even contacted me 24 hours before arrival to confirm and tell me the driver’s name. 👍👍

Rosario was excellent! He was prompt, communicative and got us to Cefalu safely. He offered to stop at a picturesque drive-up spot so we could take pictures of the coast. He made recommendations for the best Canolo place in Cefalu and it did not disappoint! 100 percent recommend Rosario.

Rosario Crapa was the most wonderful driver and new friend we could have experienced. He went beyond the call of duty. For example, he helped with restoring lost luggage from the airport . He even sang to crying children! We visited many wonderful places and family in Sicily that we could never have accomplished without his help.
