Hotel Antica Cascina Del Golfo

We were in Sicily on our honeymoon and this was one of the only accommodations available as we booked last minute. So glad we stayed here - Giovanna (the owner/manager) was wonderful and so hospitable to both my husband and I as we both got sick on the tail end of our trip. She was flexible with check out time given the circumstances. The room and bed is simply furnished but very comfortable and the view from the pool is amazing. The hotel is at the top of a hill and a few mins drive (or walk) to Scopello town and all the sights. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommended to other travelers!

The hotel is situated on a hill, around 1.5km to the little town of Scopello. It has breathtaking panoramic views that can be enjoyed around the pool and breakfast areas. The hotel is very clean as well.
Above all, the best thing about this hotel is the host's hospitality. They take great care for their customers' needs. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay here. Giovanna was such a nice host and very helpful with us. It was very clean and the views of the sea from the infinity pool were AMAZING. There were a variety of choices at the delicious complimentary breakfast as well.

We absolutely love this this place, everything is great, service, views, so close to beautiful restaurants.

Fantastic location, beautiful views, really great breakfast, pool. Giovanna and Giuseppe are gracious, helpful hosts. Very close to Scopello (5 minute drive) and the incredible Zingaro Natural Reserve. A wonderful place to stay with great beds and bedding.

Best place we slept in our 10-days trip in Sicily. Views are insane and pool very nice. Great breakfast and super friendly owner. Definitely recommended. 800m gravel road to get there but easily doable if you drive slowly.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews... I think it's a beautiful hotel with great service, amazing breakfast. And you can walk here with a big backpack! Thank you to the wonderful lady for everything she gave us. Linda

This place overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare and the village of Scopello.
Breakfast is super good from hearty to sweets, cereals to self baked delis.
Giovanna is a caring host and very friendly.
Rooms come with a/c and are spotlessly clean. The a/c is very quite and easy to handle (a blessing in July). The highlight is the infinity pool. Safely protected by walls.
The way up here is bit bumpy and I wish for a small fridge in the room. However Giovanna serves Aperitivo and wine on the pool.

We had a wonderful stay in Scopello and at the hotel. Geovanna was wonderful and it almost felt as if it was a private stay. Room was nice and clean with a good bed and 5-star views. Only downside I can mention is the gravel road leading to the hotel, which is bumpy and makes your car look like something from Mad Max after two days - but that is minor :-)

We had a great time at this B&B! The view over Scopello and the sea ist amazing, it's really calm, the rooms are comfortable and clean. You receive a really good italian breakfast which you can enjoy inside or at the terrace. Thank you for the perfect time, Giovanna! Christian & Sophie

This is a magical place for weekend relaxation. The welcome from the hosts is familiar and Mrs. Giovanna enchants you with her positive energy .. . Arrivederci!

The view is breathtaking. Breakfast was perfect, homemade food was really delicious and if you are lucky with the weather, you can have it near the pool.
You must have a car to get there!

Très bon emplacement, il est facile de rejoindre le village juste en bas, les propriétaires sont très gentils, les lits sont très confortables.
La piscine avec la vue est vraiment agréable, l’eau est en revanche très fraîche mais ce n’est pas désagréable en plein mois d’août.
Le déjeuner est bon.
Le p’tit plus sont les petits chats qui viennent vous voir et se balade à côté de vous, en plus de la vue cela donne beaucoup de charme à l’endroit.
Je recommande vraiment cet endroit c’était très paisible.

Siamo stati in questa struttura trovata per caso in ne siamo rimasti felici e super contenti vista mozzafiato e meravigliosa location circondata dal mare si vede tutta la costa a picco piscina a sfioro con idromassaggio super pulita e soprattutto la cosa che rende meraviglioso questo posto sono i proprietari soprattutto la signora Giovanna che ti mette a tuo agio ed è super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ottimi anche i panini e la colazione a buffet .. sicuramente ci ritorneremo per chi cerca una location o per chi fa tappa a scopello per visitare la riserva dello zingaro ingresso sud o per visitare le zone meglio di questa struttura non ce ne sono lo consiglio vivamente 😃😃

Location fantastica con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti qui prenotando una camera deluxe con vista mare. Giovanna e Giuseppe sono persone molto cordiali e alla mano, mi sono sentita come se fossi a casa mia, accoglienza tipicamente siciliana❤ le stanze sono ben arredate e pulitissime. Piscina a sfioro favolosa , ambiente molto tranquillo perfetto per rilassarsi. Fantastico fare aperitivo a bordo piscina! Colazione superlativa sia dolce che salata, dolci tipici siciliani, marmellate e torte fatte in casa. Purtroppo il soggiorno è’ stato troppo breve ma ritorneremo sicuramente❤

Una location con una vista impagabile, qualcosa che raramente si riesce a vedere nel mondo, un soggiorno qui è già di per se un'esperienza.
Le poche camere a disposizione fanno si che non si crei confusione e che non ci siano molte persone, questo crea un connubio perfetto per rilassare la mente, staccare la spina e godere liberamente di un panorama mozzafiato.
Da questo posto, con una macchina, è facile raggiungere i posti più blasonati di quella parte di Sicilia come San Vito Lo Capo, Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, Marsala, Erice, Castellammare del Golfo, Palermo, Trapani e così via.
Infine, ma non per importanza, un elogio a Giovanna e Giuseppe (i proprietari) che con la loro gentilezza, simpatia, accoglienza, umiltà e pane cunzatu hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile.
Il loro continuo lavoro ha reso questa struttura quello che oggi è (qualsiasi aggettivo la sminuirebbe).
Chiacchierando con loro si percepisce tutto l'amore che hanno per questo posto e si riesce a vederne la storia. Sono sicuro che passo dopo passo questa struttura continuerà a crescere perché nonostante abbiano già tra le mani qualcosa di unico loro continuano a migliorarla.
Qualsiasi prezzo pagherete sappiate che sarà troppo basso rapportato allo spettacolo di cui godrete.

Piękne miejsce, extra widoki. Bardzo miła obsługa. Ŵłaściciele mili i serdeczni. Gorąco polecam. Brakowało nam w pokoju lodówki.
