Excellent experience at Terrazza Constantino. Delicious tasting menu with surprisingly creative elements. Very talented chef, who goes out of his way to make you at ease. Spoke excellent English without hesitation. Impressive how he combines all cooking with serving as well, together with a kind colleague waiter. Great wine pairing too of local Sicilian wines. Highly recommended.
Sclafani Bagni is worth the trip too, very pretty medieval town!

Unbelievable place. The restaurant situated in a small town seemingly lost in the mountains. You arrive to a place like no other I have seen before. The dinner served with a composition of local products brought together into a perfect combination. The tastes and textures of food interlock showing finesse of the chef. The drive there is absolutely worth the length!

Hands down one of the most memorable meals of my entire life. Chef Giuseppe and Luigi bring together an authentic Sicilian meal with Michelin quality and service via incredibly fresh & local ingredients (for an unbelievable price I will say). The entire experience is incredibly intimate, situated in one of the smallest Sicilian towns with only a few tables available, being personally served by the chef while being surrounded by truly breathtaking views. We feel so lucky to have been able to experience this. The wine is incredible, the food is divine (creative, delicious, beautiful, thoughtful, etc.) We drove a good distance from Palermo for this meal and were hesitant at first but I can say with 100%, do not leave Sicily without coming here.

Simply exceptional! We had the pleasure of dining in Terrazza Costantino in early June and we are deeply puzzled why this 10 seat restaurant has not yet been awarded a star by Michelin Guide with ambience, service and food being consistently exceptional. The connection to the regional cuisine is strong and the inspiration from the surrounding natural area is clearly visible in each of the plates, resulting in dishes that are humble, pure and flavoursome. Especially worth noting were slow cooked eggs with local truffles, main course of pork with tomatoes and asparagus and pre-dessert where foam, granita and sorbet were made from Sicilian orange and yet each was distinctive in flavour.

What was especially impressive is that the whole menu is cooked by a single chef, who also finds the time to help serve the dishes and interact with the guests. How this is all possible is beyond my understanding.

Excellent wine pairings as well, which enhanced the dishes.

Tasting menu was 46 EUR, which was one of the best value dinners we have ever enjoyed. I would be happy to pay double or triple for this quality of cooking.

Nothing but 5-stars for this unique experience. Intimate, probably the most beautiful view outdoors overlooking Sicily mountains. Beautiful drive up the mountain and worth every second. Incredible experience, amazing food, delightful chef and staff. Nothing but high regards all around and a must if visiting Sicily, should you be able to get in! Memorable.

Incredible restaurant passed down the generations into the incredibly capable hands of the amazingly talented Giuseppe. Deliciously inventive dishes and a killer sunset.. seriously!! What a great place to take your partner for your anniversary or birthday! Perfecto!! My partner and I went here in May and absolutely loved it :)

We had an unforgettable experience at Terrazza. The setting was ideal for our group of seven, and the food, service, and wine were all exceptional, especially considering the price.

Can’t rave about this place enough. The food was incredible, easily as good if not better than the €200+ tasting menus we have tried elsewhere. The dishes were so creative, delicious and generous. It’s off the beaten track but so worth a journey!

The restaurant serves perfect, delicious and very delicate dishes! Many ingredients are installed locally.
Even though we were the only guests, everything was perfect-from the food to the service. The Location is a bit difficult to get to, but in our opinion, it is worth it! It’s simply a stunning Location!

When you go to Sicily, plan to have a meal there. The scenery around is gorgeous, but much more than a beautiful scenery, what you will experience is a great expression of the "terroir". Giuseppe Costantino does magic with the local ingredients - food as tasteful and refined as in the world's top restaurants, but with unique flavors that are hard to find. And some great wines on top of that. Really unmissable, worth the detour, worth a special journey.

Just one waiter and one chef take you through a beautiful tasting experience. We were surprised how affordable the food was because it blew us away. The views from the outdoor patio are stunning. Super intimate experience. Great wine list.

The small town it is situated in is great to walk through before dinner for a sense of the local life there.

An incredible seven course dinner. We had informed the chef of dietary restrictions in advance as there is no menu (not even for drinks), which made the experience even more unique. Everything we ate was fresh, flavourful, and showed creativity. Definitely Michelin star league!

Lovely restaurant in a very atmospheric village. Friendly service at lunchtime with the chef mingling amongst the diners. Small menu makes decision making that bit easier!
Ragu pasta was delicious, homely and exactly what we were looking for. Appetisers a great way to try different pieces all lovingly prepared.

Amazing! We had a perfect dinner at Terrazza Constantino tonight, prepared vegetarian especially for us. We were loving every course and every minute! The best meal we had in Sicily. The service is as excellent and personal as the food. This place deserves a Michelin star. Grazie mille!

Wonderful high end for mid price dining with a lovely skilled chef and waitress. That alone is worth visiting the cute and picturesque city on the hill.
