Sister's Café

Perfect little place for a delectable cappuccino and welcoming friendly service! We so enjoyed the local feel and variety of yummy food options. From fresh sandwiches to pistachio cream and chocolate filled croissants, you will not be disappointed with your visit to Sister’s Cafè.

We found this gem when we accidentally ended up in Lierna when we took the wrong train. We had about 2 hours until the ferry came so we decided to stay and eat brunch. The focaccia pizza was incredible. The owner also recommended the croissant with a cream filling that her brother came up with. Everything was delicious and well executed. This cute little café was charming and has a very homey-local feel. Please come by if you ever find yourself in Lierna!

Really great food and very friendly staffs. We went there by accident and became their customers for the rest of our stay in Lake Como.

Definitely recommend if yiu are around get a coffee and delicious croissant or slice of yummy pizzas they offer with some great service.

We were so hungry so we forgot to take a picture. But our sandwiches were SO GOOD, perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner. And the people owning the place are extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Awesome cafe in Lierna! Easily walkable from anywhere in Lierna. The Latte Macchiatos were perfect, the pancakes with nutella and fruit were great, and the chocolate croissants were some of the best we’ve had! We he coffee and breakfast here every morning we were in town. The owners were so friendly, we can’t wait to visit again!

Nice coffee and atmosphere. Usually go here a couple times when visiting lake como. They also sell bread and other products such as milk, meat etc.

My friends and I came here every morning of our stay in Lierna and we loved it! They are so friendly and nice and were very helpful with navigation questions we had about the area. Also, their Nutella coffees were delicious!

Friendliest place in town with the best value coffees and pastries. You absolutely have to try the best ever homemade mini cannoli with crunchy caramelised nuts and Pistachio cream or chocolate! Good for essential groceries too!

Great that this place is open while most other places are closed during the day. The spaghetti carbonara are delicious. Can definitely recommend to come here if you are searching for a fast and tasty meal.

Super nice, friendly and helpful 2 sister owners are absolutely delightful to be around. Even though we had language barriers, using Translation app, we visited and laughed. Good time while having delicious lunch or shopping for a few things. You need to buy train tickets here, station don't have ticketing service.
The Sisters cafe has everything I needed while I stayed in Lierna for 8 days. If you have any questions they will help you. Good pasta lunch, pizza or Risotto were all good. And surprisingly they had fresh chesnuts I was buying for my snack. And of course, smoothies of healthy choices. I will miss them when I leave the town. Thank you guys!
