Hotel Villa Zuccari

A wonderful hotel in San Luca. We are surprised by the hospitality and the service. Worthy of a five star hotel. We have upgraded our reservation to the classic room with a view of the garden and the swimming pool and equipped with a comfortable balcony. The main pool was nicely laid out. Highly recommended is the restaurant with excellent food and expert service. When you visit Umbria and are looking for a nice base outside Perugia, I highly recommend this hotel.

Small hotel (~ 25 rooms) in the middle of Umbria. Very quiet but excellent location, Montefalco is a 10 minutes drive, Spoleto about 25. A great location to explore the rest of Umbria.
Breakfast is perfect, lots of delicious and freshly baked cakes, something unique. Very simple cold lunch is available (some bread or a cheese platter). Diner is also avaible, great restaurant with a very good menu. This can be alternated with diner in Montefalco for instance. The rooms are spacious and clean, I would recommend the rooms with view / terrace since the other rooms don’t have any outside part. Pool is big and more than enough sun beds available. Garden around the pool is also beautiful.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgable about the cities and attractions in Umbria so ask them for recommendations!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Villa Zuccari. An amazing and family friendly place with a park, swimming pool and excellent restaurant. Highly recommended if you want to visit Assisi, Spello, Trevi and Montefalco. Do not hesitate to ask for the manager Matteo Albanese that will ensure you'll enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Beautiful hotel run by a lovely team and the pool is stunning, absolutely loved it here! The rooms are large and very comfortable and the food is excellent. We were really sad leave.

The hosts are really hosts in the old estate. The rooms are very comfortable. Many areas where you can spend some time reading with a good glass of wine. The garden and pool are attractive.

I thought I was dreaming, this place is magnificant. Our room was spacious clean and quite. The shower pressure perfect and food excellent. The jewel in the crown was the pool and personnel.

we stayed here in june 2021, just after the re-opening of Italy for tourists so we were only with a few guests. The personnel was very friendly and caring, the breakfasts and dinners (and especially the wine!) were delicious. And the hotel, the garden and the swimming pool are marvellous. From here it is easy to visit some of the most astonishing towns in the region.

Beautiful setting. Spacious well appointed rooms. Nice public spaces, especially the gardens and terrace. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Che dire ambienti confortevoli e tutto ciò che una persona vuole godersi immersi nel verde e nel profumo delle rose. Piscina incantevole. Ampi giardini chi ha un cucciolo portarlo qui sarebbe divino. Ottima colazione. Non ho usufruito del ristorante. Grazie ci rivedremo presto

Posizione ottima, Villa molto bella, curata in tutti i particolari, camere pazzesche e confortevoli, bagni super. Accoglienza e gentilezza accompagnano il soggiorno! Colazione da sogno tutti dolci e dolcetti fatti in casa di estrema qualità e gusto assolutamente da non perdere. Il tutto ovviamente con la massima attenzione alle normative covid.

Ho soggiornato di recente in questa struttura con degli amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Villa di pregio immersa nel verde, dotata di camere eleganti e raffinate giardino curatissimo con inclusa piscina. Ottima colazione curata personalmente dalla responsabile che ci ha proprio coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente

Bellissima location, inaspettatamente elegante e delicata allo stesso tempo. Servizio preciso e puntuale con una gradevole empatia.
Una cucina ricca di profumo e sapore dall’antipasto al dolce. Tutti piatti raffinati con prezzi adeguati. Insomma, un ristorante tutto da scoprire.

Molto gentili e molto attenti alle normative anti Covid. Colazione con torte fatte da loro. Belle le camere e la piscina. Weekend lungo in total relax. Ottima posizione per visitare tutta la zona. Super consigliato

Ambiente da favola. La villa è meravigliosa, lungo i corridoi profumo di lavanda e ceramiche antiche accompagnano il soggiorno. I proprietari sono cordialissimi. Posto riservato, tranquillo e molto molto particolare nella sua eleganza.

Ottima sistemazione vicinissimo a Montefalco. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulitissimo. Piscina grande e pulita. Si mangia assolutamente bene! Colazioni ricche con dolci preparati da loro. I cuochi sono molto bravi, la tagliata più buona mangiata in vita mia. Frittatina al tartufo, deliziosa. Tagliolini con maionese di pomodoro, gradevolissimi. Ampio parcheggio. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ambiente tranquillo, ottimo per una vacanza senza stress. Consigliatissimo.

Eine sehr detailgetreue Hotel Villa. Freundlich und professionell. Frühstück und Restaurant sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön. Besitzer sowie Personal kümmern sich sehr individuell und persönlich um die Gäste.
