Beautiful house near the Plemmirio protected area. Comfortable and well furnished, perfect for groups.

Siamo stati qui nella settimana più calda, in pieno Luglio 2023. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa curata sia fuori che dentro. Si nota in alcuni dettagli che non è una struttura nuovissima, infatti in alcune cose vi sono i segni del tempo e dell'utilizzo. Tuttavia questo non sminuisce la piacevole accoglienza, e nemmeno la comodità e la bellezza di questa struttura.

Magnifica villa. Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno e tutto è stato come lo immaginavamo, dall'accoglienza alla partenza. Siamo arrivati il 27 dicembre, 6 adulti e siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima proprietaria e Danilo che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere il nostro soggiorno ancor più interessante. Si comprende subito che i proprietari hanno un'abitudine alla cura dei loro ospiti ed un'attitudine alla bellezza, questi dettagli fanno la differenza.
La villa si presenta con spazi esterni ed interni molto curati e molto ampi.E' arredata con gusto ed è un piacere di sera restare davanti al camino. La villa è ancor più bella di come viene descritta. Forse d'estate, questa struttura con la piscina nel prato e gli ampi spazi esterni darà il meglio di sé, ma vi assicuro che il soggiorno d'inverno è magico.
Siamo stati fortunati perché abbiamo avuto una settimana di pieno sole. Dalla casa si raggiunge Siracusa facilmente e in breve tempo.

Super Haus für mehrere Personen (bis zu 6). Wir waren zu viert im Juni in diesem Haus und waren von der Ruhe und Exklusivität begeistert.
Die Küche bietet alles an Ausstattung, um zu kochen. Bei Bedarf kann die Außenküche genutzt werden.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Betten bequem.
Ein Zimmer beinhaltet ein eigenes Bad. Die anderen jeweils über den Flur. In jedem Zimmer hängt eine Klimaanlage.
Der Pool ist super, um in heißen Sommertage einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren. Ein Außenkühlschrank hilft ebenfalls dabei.
An jedem Tag (Mo-Sa) kommt entsprechend des Plans spezifisch die Müllabfuhr, weshalb man die Tonnen am Abend zuvor raus stellen sollte.

Für das Erreichen der Unterkunft wird unbedingt ein Mietfahrzeug benötigt. Die Gassen sind relativ eng und die Einfahrt recht tückisch. Ein kleines Auto ist hier von Vorteil.

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Unterkunft mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in October this year - Overall we were very disappointed.

I have read lots of good reviews but here’s the reality:

They bathrooms were nice and clean and the outside space was good but.....

The place just stank of sewage - there’s clearly an issue with their sewage system because each bathroom had this issue and it just spread throughout the property and was really unpleasant.

The floors were absolutely filthy - not just a little dirty but really bad where the dirt was just ingrained in the tiles and no attempt had been made to clean them properly. This also applied to a bamboo type floor cover which I don’t think had ever been cleaned.

The electric gates wiring was completely exposed - I massive concern when you have children as it was at knee level and easy to get to and with inquisitive children a real danger of being electrocuted.

Things were broken - door handles came off when you closed the doors; draws were broken; you ran the gauntlet when lighting the hob because the ignition didn’t work and you were provided with a tiny lighter; locks on outside doors didn’t work; door shutters got stuck and had to be forced open.

Despite being told the gardener would arrive very early on a Saturday- clearly 2pm is early in their book while we were relaxing outside with the family and effectively forced inside until the lawn was mowed - oh and the gates were left wide open which meant our toddler nearly disappeared down the road.

The cot provided for our baby was filthy and the mattress was awful - fortunately we had taken our own bedding as it was not fit for purpose.

Some of the outside furniture was less than desirable - the owner clearly watches too much home design programmes and made an attempt to build some furniture out of old pallets and chipboard - it looked terrible and was actually a hazard because the chipboard and splintered and split - as it would outside - so left sharp raised areas of wood that could do some serious painful damage if you weren’t careful.

This place also sleeps 6 but the living room has seating for 4 - so if you are a 6 you will need to learn enjoy sitting on the aforementioned dirty floor.
