OMG that is the tastiest beef tartare Berger I ever had. It’s tender, juicy, and little sweet because of the grilled onions. The meat is so fresh. We love it so much.

Locate at the top of the small hill, the view is bravo.

Don’t be surprised there is a waiting line and parking along the driveway is full. A lot people from the small town nearby come have a bite!

Legitimately, only of the best beef burgers I’ve ever. The brisket burger was also delicious. Very friendly staff.

Simple, high quality and extremely delicious paninis. We stopped by and grabbed a Dario dog, checchini burger, a pork belly sandwich, and a beef pastrami sandwich. It was really good and the atmosphere while waiting for the order was nice and friendly. Just very hot (ok it’s summertime), and they have only two or three standing tables for a hungry crowd! But in general I pretty much like a place like this and this one is just amazing! Definitely worth stopping at!

For food lovers coming anywhere near Panzano, this is an essential stop! Created by the renowned butcher and restauranteur, Dario Cecchini, this roadside cart serves sandwiches on a sturdy Tuscan roll with everything from the simple beef belly and salsa verde, to a beautiful freshly ground burger served medium rare, to an absolutely decadent take on pastrami: oily, fatty housemade pastrami with caramelized onions, mustard and pickles. Make sure to order the Pomodoro as well - a bowl of slow-cooked tomato sauce perfect for dipping bread into. Plus, a beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape!

Fun experience and a way to appreciate Dario’s good eats w/out going to the restaurants. Overall experience was 5star mostly because of the novelty of it and the spectacular view, but I was disappointed with how fatty my pastrami was- expect some fat by nature of the meat but it was a 50:50 ratio. We also had 2 burgers and a Dario Dog in our order. One burger was cooked med/rare, the other seared (raw), which ended up being OK for those eating them but we were never asked temp, so assumed they would be cooked the same (maybe med to med/rare). No complaints on the Dario Dog.

The easiest and least expensive way to get some of that delicious Dario Cecchini food in your belly. We had one of each sandwich and they were all wonderful. Get a glass of wine and enjoy the view with your yummy meal.

This place is amazing! The highlight in our trip to Chianti. A must stop for everyone! We tried three different sandwiches and they were all awesome! Panini Cecchini, Pancia di Manzo and Cosimino. The sauces were really tasty while the meat was of a great quality, grilled just right to be juicy enough! The stuff was so smiley and fast and the view of the Tuscan plains was breathtaking! Such a great experience!!!

Absolutely fantastic food truck. Just go there and try some. By the way the local beer is surprisingly good too.
