Wonderful! A must visit if you are hoping for authentic Sicilian food. Great prices too. Owners are warm and inviting. Had an excellent time!!!

This place is not a typical pizzeria - the menu is huge, and the food is out of this world! The vegetarian antipasta platter was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Great service and prices, too!

Fantastic local restaurant. Amazing selection of pizzas (55 maybe?) and lovely antipasto. It was the service that made the difference, though. Even though the owner knew he'd likely never see us again (we were tourists passing through) he was so helpful; at the end of the night he dropped us off at our B&B on the way to making a pizza delivery...

Been in Sutera for a week, La Pineta has been our go to every night, Franco and the crew are the best and everything we have eaten has been unreal.

Absolutely stunning food. I tried the panelle from a recommendation and it
was house made and fabulous! I also had a pizza and for the first time ever ate over half a pizza! The house wine is a must! The owner is so considerate and even drove us back to our B&B!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Certainly recommend.

One of the best places in the area. Everything was perfect. The food was super amazing and they bring us some starters and desserts on their count. The service was amazing and the owner of the restaurant is one of the nicest person we met in Sicilia. 100% recommended. We will come back

Loved the antipasto Rustico! Great assortment of typical Sicilian food samples. Great Italian beer as well! Host was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at our place knowing we would be fatigued from our hike. He also accommodated us with our choice of time for a late lunch. Great service, very friendly, great food. Great experience!

Highly recommend if you come by Sutera! Delicious Food and wine - friendly service - we really enjoyd our dinner here. The Pizza with Burrata was outstanding!

WOW, just WOW! We have eaten in several good restaurants before but never left a review before… this time it is absolutely needed though, so here it comes!
First, we started with the ‚Rustico’ aperitivo - amazing variety of local food (as the owner told us later - most of the ingredients were from his own garden, including hand-picked olives!). Pizza (porchinni mashrooms, bacon, rocket, parmesan) and pasta (pistacchio & shrimps tagliatelle) later were also great. We paid only €30 for a massive aperitivo, pizza, pasta and a liter of wine. Very nice waiter - kind, not too distruptive, but always at hand when needed - which is great. What’s more, a lovely owner gave us shots of limmoncello and - believe it or not - a ride back home to our B&B nearby :) so, so lovely!

Such an amazing place to live the real sicilian experience. Authentic cuisine and nice prices. We felt very welcome and the pizza was just perfect and delicious.

The food was wonderful! They opened the restaurant on Easter for 5 weary pilgrims that had no where to eat! We are all so grateful for the kindness and good food!!

Great pizza. The gourmand Barrata pizza was absolutely delicious. House wine was solid. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The food was good, but the price quality is great! Furthermore is this a popular place among locals so you can see many Locals meeting each other here and it makes a fun experience. But most important is the owner who bakes the pizza! He is e great guy and he even came to pick us up and drop us of at our B and B!

This is the first time my partner and I felt compelled to leave separate reviews for a place—just to emphasize how special it is. Our rustico and seafood antipasti were handsomely plated and just delicious, with many of the ingredients (as the proprietor explained) coming from the fields and gardens surrounding the restaurant.

One note: some menu item (including pizza) are only served in the evening, so time your trip based on what you'd like to eat. Whenever you come, you can be assured of an excellent meal.
