Sono venuta allo eni store di sesto fiorentino per fare un cambio tariffa la signora presente mi ha data un informazione sbagliata ed il contratto è stato annullato. Infatti sono andata due volte il negozio è sempre vuoto e le informazioni sono superficiali liquidando i clienti dicendo di telefonare al numero verde. Al pubblico ci vogliono persone competenti. Mi dispiace per eni.
