Bruno e Franco - La Salumeria Bologna

Came here as part of a food tour and the salami and pork belly sliced meat was beyond excellent! The fresh cheese too was amazing. Luckily the salami came pre-packaged, so could buy some and take home!

Very happy our guide took us here and got to experience the food.

Our food tour guide got cold cut meats and Parmesan cheese to try for tasting they were excellent. I wish I had a chance to try premade dishes.

A deli that takes itself very serious including uniforms. Best quality cured meats and cheeses and prepared food. Best quality. Not the cheapest.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. I’m not a salami expert but everything I bought (Finnocchiona and Sopressata) was delicious.

We did the pasta making workshop which was just AMAZING. The woman leading the workshop was super sweet and passionate. We got to make tortelloni, tortelino en tagliatelli and taste them all in dishes. We also made enough to bring home our own pasta. The best way to experience Bologna!

We booked a cooking class with Martina at La Salumeria and absolutely loved it! Martina was a great teacher! We can't wait to share the pasta recipes with our family when we get back home to Aus.

The best parmiggiano in Bologna! We make sure to visit every year so we can stock up on the cheesy gold!

We love Prosciutto di Parma and got a tour but we also wanted to try Culatello di Zibello which we heard is better than Prosciutto di Parma. We found it ar Bruno e Franco.
Service was outstanding as well. The lady who sliced our ham was helpful.
The store had many interesting foods to try, wish we had more time in Bologna to come back for more.

Best cheese and cured meats in Bologna! Locals shop here, tourist go to the famed location down the street, but to enjoy delicacies like the locals this is the place. Some of the best cheeses I've had in Italy are sold here.

Bought many interesting foods. Patient and superb service as I knew nothing about the items and needed a lot of explaining.

Gran Bologna mouth watering delicatessen. Fresh made in the alongside lab. Kind personnel. Their Crudo di Parma is the N.1 in town.
