Great service. Came by, and even with one mechanic less than normal, they were able to fix the bike the same day. Due to my own time schedule, I wasnt able to pick it up during opening hours though. But the staff was very lenient and solution-oriented so it all went well!

I was on a trip through Switzerland & Italy with my roadbike when I had a problem with the front shifter. They fixed it shortly on the same day allowing me to continue my trip as otherwise I would have needed to cancel it; therefore I can only recommend them

Fixed my shoe on a long 300km ride free of charge. Saved my bacon.

Great place helped me this morning to quickly fix my seat post lever, works like a charm!

Ottimo, freni sistemati e manopole nuove in poco tempo il freno anteriore fischia un po' ma con un po' di giri non dovrebbe più fischiare. Grazie del lavoro.

Sono andata a Locarno e nel tornare la catena della mia bicicletta si è spezzata a metà, sono passata in questo negozio e mi hanno subito cambiato la catena rotta in neanche 15 minuti. Professionali, simpatici e soprattutto onesti anche nei prezzi.

Je les ai appelé un samedi matin pour savoir s’ils pouvaient réparer une roue voilée. Ils m’ont dit qu’il était préférable que je passe avec le vélo pour pouvoir répondre. Ce que j’ai fait et ils m’ont réparé la roue tout de suite.
Très serviable au téléphone, parlant le français aussi.
Au magasin, toute l’équipe très aimable et professionnelle.
